FUEL SHUTOFF VALVE
20190168608 · 2019-06-06 ·

A fuel shutoff valve includes a valve, a float, and an auxiliary member. The valve is configured to open or close an air passage of a fuel tank. The float floats on fuel and moves in a valve closing direction to close the valve, or in a valve opening direction opposite to the valve closing direction to open the valve. The auxiliary member has a predetermined weight, and abuts on the float to apply a weight on the float in the valve opening direction, or separating from the float not to apply the weight on the float in the valve closing direction.

Valve assembly for controlling direction of fluid flow according to direction of inclination

The present invention proposes a valve assembly for controlling a fluid to flow only in a certain direction according to inclination directions. A valve body 10 of the valve assembly includes a partition 14 formed with a through hole 14a and dividing an inside into a first internal channel 18a and a second internal channel 18b, a first entrance 12a for supplying a fluid from the first internal channel to an outside or a fluid from the outside to the first internal channel, and a second entrance 12b for supplying a fluid from the second internal channel to an outside or a fluid from the outside to the second internal channel. Further, a first check roller 11a and a second check roller 11b are in close contact with or separated from the through hole by buoyancy or sedimentation according to inclination directions of the valve body, thereby controlling the fluid to flow in a certain direction. Further, the first check roller and the second check roller are prevented from being in contact with the first entrance and the second entrance by the flow of the fluid in the first internal channel and the second internal channel, and the flow of the fluid is accurately controlled by only the inclination directions.

A system includes a fuel delivery system of an engine, the fuel delivery system including a vent tube, walls providing a seat and forming a cavity at an opening of the vent tube, a floor of the cavity, the floor including a convex portion protruding from the floor, and a stopper in the cavity for sitting in the seat during a rollover situation.

Valve, multi-functional combination valve and CFLVV valve

A valve, a multi-functional combination valve and a CFLVV valve simultaneously achieve the functions of a refueling limit valve and a rolling-over valve in a fuel tank. The valve body includes a valve core accommodating cavity, and first and second inflow passages, a first discharge port, and a second discharge port communicating therewith are provided. The valve core accommodating cavity includes two independent vertical-sliding first valve core assemblies and second valve core assemblies for opening or closing the first discharge port and the second discharge port. The pressure maintaining part is connected to the second discharge port and contains a certain opening pressure. After the first valve core assembly closes the first discharge port, and a certain pressure value has to be reached in the valve core accommodating cavity, the pressure maintaining part will open the second discharge port, and the fluid will flow out of the second discharge port.

Vent valve, tank having vent valve, and method

A vent valve includes a vent body including an outlet and at least one inlet, a main chamber, a main closable device movable from an open position to allow fluidic communication between the main chamber and the outlet, to a closed position to block fluidic communication between the main chamber and the outlet, and a first tubing having a first end and a second end, the first end connected to a first inlet, the second end spaced from the vent body, the first tubing further including a first closable device adjacent the second end. The first closable device allows fluidic communication between an exterior of the first tubing and an interior of the first tubing in a first orientation of the vent valve, and blocks fluidic communication between the exterior of the first tubing and the interior of the first tubing in a second orientation of the vent valve.
