Flow control block for use with a vacuum material handler
12085099 · 2024-09-10 · ·

A manifold block is provided for locating between a hydraulic pressure supply and a piece of equipment, such as a material handler. The manifold block allows for bidirectional flow and provides both flow and pressure control in the supply direction, but not in the return direction. The manifold block allows for the equipment to be protected from experiencing fluid pressure or a flow rate that is higher than limits set in the manifold block, thereby protecting hydraulically powered equipment, e.g., a material handler, regardless of the hydraulic supply parameters of a machine to which it is attached.

Pilot signal block assembly for construction machinery and control valve assembly having the same

A pilot signal block assembly includes at least two base blocks arranged to be spaced apart from each other in a first direction and having a plurality of receiving holes configured to move a spool therein in one direction, a plurality of cartridge blocks arranged on a surface of the base block to be spaced apart from each other in a second direction, each of the cartridge blocks including a signal passage which is in fluid communication with the corresponding receiving hole to supply a pilot oil to the corresponding receiving hole, and a plurality of electro proportional pressure reducing valves installed in the cartridge blocks respectively and controlling an opening rate of the signal passage in proportional to an electric control signal.
