The invention relates to a valve, in particular a sample injection valve, for a device (1) for synthesizing, analyzing, and/or separating, comprising at least three liquid connections (3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 7), a housing (8) as a valve part, and a valve body (9) as another valve part for selectively connecting the liquid connections (3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 7) by means of at least one flow channel (10, 11, 12) bounded at least partially by sealing surfaces (10, 11, 12) between the housing (8) and the valve body (9), wherein the housing (8) and/or the valve body (9) are supported in such a way as to be movable relative to each other. In order to create a one-way valve, at least one valve part (8 or 9) adjacent to the sealing surface (10, 11, 12) and made of a plastic material can be plastically deformed according to a relative position (9), in particular of the valve body (9), in order to be able to withstand the elevated pressure loads in the flow channel (10, 11, 12) in a liquid-tight manner in the relative position (9), in particular of the valve body (9).

A solenoid valve including a spool received within a housing. The spool is configured to move to multiple positions within the housing. The housing includes supply ports, exhaust ports, and outlet ports. When the spool is in a specific location, two outlet ports are in fluid communication with each other.

A fixed displacement hydraulic pump match flow demand control system that includes a spool valve, a plurality of fixed displacement pumps and a control valve is provided. The spool valve includes a spool. The spool is configured to shuttle within a chamber of a housing based at least in part on a pressure difference between a first end and the second end of the chamber. A fluid flow from each fixed displacement pump of the plurality of fixed displacement pumps is in fluid communication with an associated input port to the spool valve. At least one output port of the spool valve is in fluid communication with a hydraulically operated device and at least one of another output port is in fluid communication with a return. The control valve is configured to adjust the location of the spool in the chamber to regulate fluid flow to the hydraulically operated device.

A gas-fueled heater can have a housing with pressure regulators, a control valve, a fluid selection valve and a burner positioned therein. The pressure regulators, control valve, fluid selection valve and burner can be configured to combust a fuel to create heat. The housing can include a number of holes passing therethrough to control access to the various components.

In certain embodiments, a valve assembly can comprise a housing, a valve body and a nozzle. The housing can define a first inlet and a second inlet. The valve body can be positioned within the housing and configured to rotate between a first position for a first fuel type and a second position for a second fuel type different from the first. A control knob is operatively coupled to the valve body and to an air shutter such that rotation of the control knob controls the state of the valve body and the position of the air shutter.

A gas supply line and gas supplying apparatus that facilitates maintenance and management of various types of devices. The supplying apparatus is formed with a supply line that is made up of a gas inlet-side block, a gas outlet-side block and a plurality of fluid control devices. The gas supplying apparatus is formed with at least two gas supply lines, the fluid control device of each gas supply line includes at least one flow controller, an inlet-side block of the flow controller on one gas supplying line is connected to an inlet-side block of the flow controller on the other gas supply line so as to oppose the inlet-side block, and an outlet-side block of one flow controller is connected to an outlet-side block of the other flow controller so as to oppose the gas outlet-side block.
