Fire protection system manifold
10864397 · 2020-12-15 ·

A manifold for supplying multiple water streams, which streams may be used in connection with fire protection systems, from a single water supply source. The system includes an elongate body portion for holding water. Body portion has spaced apart first and second ends and a wall having a non-circular cross section with a top portion and converging side portions join the top portion and a bottom portion. A water inlet extends from the bottom of the body portion. A pair of water outlets extend from the top of the body portion and are located proximate the first and second ends of the body portion.

TWO EDUCTOR / FOUR-WAY SELECTOR VALVE ASSEMBLY
20200386327 · 2020-12-10 ·

A method of controlling the flow of different flow paths of fluid is provided. The method includes rotating a valve to a first position, receiving a first concentrate in the first position, discharging the first concentrate through one of two outlets, rotating the valve to a second position, receiving a second concentrate in the second position, and discharging the second concentrate through one of the two outlets.

Faucet apparatus

The faucet apparatus arranged inside a counter along a wall surface can be made thin in a height direction, and the counter can be made thin in the height direction. The faucet apparatus 1 includes a cold water supply pipe 6 supplying cold water, a hot water supply pipe 8 supplying hot water, a water temperature control function unit 10 capable of mixing hot water and cold water, and a flow path 14 extending from the water temperature control function unit. The flow path 14 forms a flow path crossing part 40, 240 crossing with at least any of at least the cold water supply pipe 6, the hot water supply pipe 8 or a downstream side flow path 220 on a downstream side of the outflow path while distinguishing respective inner flow paths from each other.

Decoking control valve using dynamic rod seal

The decoking control valve includes a piston, a cylinder, and a hydraulic rod seal at the outlet ports. The piston can move translational inside the cylinder along a fixed direction. The cylinder houses the hydraulic rod seal in a groove of the cylinder that places the hydraulic rod seal next to the piston. The hydraulic rod seal has a seal ring in contact with the piston, and the seal rings are activated. As the piston translates within the cylinder, the seal ring will activate at one outlet port and allow fluid to flow out of another outlet port.

Dual plumbing system for a hot tub or spa
10786426 · 2020-09-29 · ·

Systems, apparatus and methods for providing air and water to hot tub jets. The present teachings include jet assemblies, manifold assemblies, and related components, as well as methods of assembling hot tubs involving these components. In some cases, the present teachings describe the use of dual extrusion tubing to route air and water through adjacent, connected fluid conduits. In some cases, the present teachings describe a press-and-click method of connecting various components.

SAFETY VALVE FOR HYDRAULIC OR PNEUMATIC TOOL
20200224778 · 2020-07-16 · ·

Provided is a safety valve (10) comprising a body (12) which defines an incoming fluid passage (14) and a return fluid passage (20). The incoming fluid passage (14) generally enables a fluid to pass from a fluid reservoir (18) through the body (12) to the tool head (16). The return fluid passage (20) generally enables a fluid to return from the tool head (16) through the body back to the fluid reservoir (18). The body (12) further comprises a diverter (22) which is displaceable between an active position and an inactive position. When the diverter (22) is in the active position, the diverter (22) redirects the fluid via a shunting passage (24) from the incoming fluid passage (14) to the return passage (20) to prevent operation of the tool head (16).

Two eductor / four-way selector valve assembly

A selector valve assembly for use in conjunction with an eductor dispensing system which reduces the incidence of product carry-over when the valve is moved from one position to another. The selector valve assembly also reduces the incidence of improper dispensing. In a preferred manner, the selector valve assembly has a single valve member and accommodates four product inlet lines for selectively passing chemical concentrate to two eductors. The selector valve assembly is composed of a minimum of ports, thereby reducing maintenance and cost.

Liquid Control Valve Assembly Having Multiple Outlets for Balancing Output Liquid
20200191283 · 2020-06-18 ·

A liquid control valve assembly includes a main casing, three valve bodies and two plungers. The main casing has an external wall formed with an inlet and three outlets, defines a split-flow path, three valve chambers and a balanced channel therein such that the split-flow path is in communication with said inlet and said valve chambers while said balanced channel is in communication with said valve chambers and said three outlets. The valve bodies are disposed in the valve chambers respectively while the plungers are disposed in the balanced channel to move independently so that the liquid can be discharged stably from the outlets, thereby eliminating the problem of sudden rise and fall of the liquid flow and flow velocity of the liquid.

FLUID FLOW CONTROL DEVICES AND SYSTEMS, AND METHODS OF FLOWING FLUIDS THERETHROUGH
20200173579 · 2020-06-04 ·

Fluid flow control devices comprise a body including a central aperture extending along a longitudinal axis therethrough and a plurality of channels extending from an outer sidewall of the body to an inner sidewall of the body. At least one first channel may intersect at least one other channel. Fluid flow control systems, methods of forming fluid flow control devices, and methods of flowing a fluid through a fluid flow control device are also disclosed.

Fluid handling systems and method for ultracentrifuges

A fluid handling system is provided that includes a controller, a plurality of valves, a pump, and an interface in communication with the controller. The valves can be operatively connected with a conduit to along a flow path. Each of the valves is controlled by the controller for selective movement between a first position and a second position. The first position closes the flow path, while the second position opens the flow path. The pump can be operatively connected with the conduit and the is controlled by the controller for selective pumping of fluid through the flow path. The interface allows selective definition of the flow path through the valves.
