GANTRY BASED FILM APPLICATOR SYSTEM
Various embodiments provide a masking system to apply a mask to a workpiece, comprising: a frame structure, an application head, an X-axis movement element, a Y-axis movement element, a Z-axis movement element, and a workpiece movement element. The frame structure comprising a workpiece support. The application head can be configured to apply film to a workpiece. The application head can comprise a vacuum roller comprising a rotatable cylindrical body with an outer surface; a film roll comprising film wrapped around a spool; a cutting element configured to cut the film to separate a portion of the film from a remainder of film on the film of the film roll, and a guide element disposed between the film roll and the vacuum roller. The guide element is moveable. The guide element is configured to contact an unwound portion of the film between the film roll and the vacuum roller.
Caulking assisting device
A caulking assisting device has of a fixed frame mounted to a filler coating-supplying device, a rolling part mounted to the fixed frame, a movable frame and an elastic element. The positioning frame has a pair of first limiting recesses and a pair of second limiting recesses. The movable frame is pivoted to the fixed frame and is rotatable, and a tapered roller is pivoted at the end of the movable frame. Meanwhile, the elastic element is disposed on the movable frame, while a positioning protrusion is located at both ends respectively. As a result, the tapered roller can be moved to a use position and a non-use position by the rotation of the movable frame, thereby switching between the rolling part and the tapered roller while in use.
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR LAMINATING A COMPOSITE LAMINATE ALONG A CONTINUOUS LOOP LAMINATION PATH
A manufacturing system includes a plurality of lamination heads and a head-moving system defining a continuous loop lamination path configured to move the lamination heads in series along the lamination path. The manufacturing system also includes at least one lamination mandrel positioned along a portion of the lamination path. The lamination heads are each configured to dispense a layup material onto the at least one lamination mandrel or onto layup material previously applied onto the lamination mandrel while the lamination heads are moved by the head-moving system through one or more revolutions of the lamination path to lay up a composite laminate.
Aircraft grounding system
Liquid dispensing assemblies including adhesive anchoring assemblies configured to adhere to a support surface external to a device such as a vehicle. An air vehicle includes (a) a fluid adhesive container assembly detachably attached to the air vehicle, wherein the fluid adhesive container assembly comprises: (i) an adhesive container comprising fluid adhesive; and (ii) one or more fibers, wherein the one or more fibers are configured, or a brush of fibers, or a fabric of fibers, is configured to conduct the fluid adhesive and to structurally support an adhesive bond between the one or more fibers and a surface; and (b) means for dispensing the fluid adhesive from the fluid adhesive container, to the one or more fibers.
LAYING UNIT, DEVICE AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING A FIBER COMPOSITE COMPONENT
A laying unit for producing a fiber composite component includes a drive device which is formed for magnetic cooperation with a running face, which provides a magnetic field and/or is ferromagnetic, to advance the laying unit on the running face. A device for producing a fiber composite component including a laying unit of this type and a method for producing a fiber composite component including a device of this type are disclosed.
ADHESIVE SHEET MATERIAL APPLICATION SQUEEGEE
Adhesive sheet material application squeegees are disclosed.
Drywall banjo tools for applying joint tape
Method and apparatus are disclosed for drywall banjo apparatus for applying joint tape. An example tool for applying joint tape to a corner drywall joint includes a base and a wheel configured to rotatably couple to the base and roll along the corner drywall joint. The wheel includes a body that defines an outer surface. The outer surface includes a first angled surface configured to press the joint tape against a first drywall defining the corner drywall joint, a second angled surface opposite the first angled surface and configured to press the joint tape against a second drywall defining the corner drywall joint, and a rounded vertex defined between the first angled surface and the second angled surface. The rounded vertex is rounded to deter the wheel from perforating the joint tape.
Self-guiding cutting device
Self-guiding cutting tool (100) for cutting an adhesive film (20) applied to the roof panel (30) of a car, wherein the roof panel is connected to a side panel (31) of the car by a joint area (32) containing a welding ditch channel, said cutting tool (100) comprising a cutting device (6), at least one guiding means (2) guiding the cutting device (6) over the welding ditch channel of the joint area (32), and at least one transporting means (3) allowing the cutting device (6) to be moved over the welding ditch channel of the joint area (32). Also provided is a method of applying adhesive films to the roof panels of a car using the cutting tool.
Protective material applicator device
Devices, methods and systems disclosed herein relate to the application of a protective film on a surface of an electronic device that instantly reduces air bubbles and eliminates the waiting time usually required when using a wet fluid solution. In one embodiment, a roller device may include a carriage or housing and one or more rollers coupled or integrated with the housing, configured to apply a protective material to a surface of the electronic device in a first orientation, and configured to function as a device stand in a second orientation.
