System enabling the attachment of an object to an element having attachment groove(s), and attachment device for such a system

A system enabling the attachment of an object to an element (1) having attachment groove(s), having at least one grooved surface (2) including at least one attachment groove whose mouth (3) is defined longitudinally by two opposing edges (5) that each include an inner salient angle, the system includes an attachment device (6, 7), the element (1), and elements for coupling (8) with the object. The attachment device includes a clamping assembly and a locking element (7) capable of being at least partially inserted in the groove, directly in any of the attachment points along the latter, the assembly being at least partially resiliently or plastically deformable when exposed to a pressure bias exerted by the locking element in order to form, by deforming the material, an anchoring and clamping element capable of anchoring under the edges (5) and/or against the salient angles.

A snap-together fastening device is provided for mounting by insertion into an opening of a sandwich component, in particular a CFRP sandwich component consisting of two snap-together elements. Fixing arms are arranged on a holding element which can be actuated from a mounting position into a fixing position by an actuating element. The arms mechanically penetrate the foam of the sandwich component such that a frictional connection with the sandwich component is produced.

A connection system comprising an anchor connected to the window frame, a meeting rail having ends that may be snap fit to the anchor, and a single screw to tighten and true-up the connection once it is installed in the anchor. The connection system allows the meeting rail to be removed and replace from inside the building. In an alternative embodiment the disclosure details a kit for detachably securing a meeting rail to a frame jamb. The kit comprises separate anchors that are removably secured to the first and second side of the jamb frame and a profiled pin for insertion into the anchor for securing the meeting rail to the anchor and upon manual rotation of the pin the meeting rail and frame jambs are secured together.

Constant velocity joint with staking features

A constant velocity joint includes an inner race having a main body defining a central opening. The constant velocity joint also includes a shaft member extending through the central opening, wherein the shaft member is staked to the inner race to axially retain the shaft member to the inner race.
