The disclosure provides a grill with a multi-functional thermal insulation net, which comprises a grill body, burners provided in the grill body, and a barbecue provided on a top portion of the grill body, a gas regulating valve connected to the burners is provided on the grill body, where a support is provided on both top sides of the grill body, a thermal insulation net body is provided between the two supports, a plurality of hanging groove structures for hanging food are provided on one side of the thermal insulation net body, and a plurality of hole and groove structures for inserting food are formed on the thermal insulation net body.

A multifunction assemblable barbecue grill, comprising a structural frame with supporting legs, a main cooking grate, a floor and side walls to accommodate a heat source, a hinged lid, a ventilated brazier, and a shaft associated with a member to regulate the main grate with respect to the heat source. At least one S-shaped primary cooking hook is provided. The floor comprises channels flowing into a drain that discharges water into a trough displaceably mounted on two guides. A column integrated to one side of said frame, and secondary elements selected from a griddle, a secondary cooking grate, a substantially rectangular frame with a longitudinal crossbar, a crossbar perpendicular to the column, and combinations thereof, are additionally associated with at least one secondary S-shaped cooking hook. A portable temperature regulated rotisserie and barbequing apparatus including a substantially cylindrically-shaped housing comprised of stainless steel and further including a set of carrying handles. The hollow cylindrically shaped housing includes a latching mechanism to releasably secure the planar drip pan at the second end and a centrifugal fan including a plurality of concave blades which increase the volume and air speed to the blades. The spit is releasably attached to the centrifugal fan and rests on the shaft anchor.

The Accelerated Slow Roasting Apparatus is a device for slow-and-low cooking a whole previously butterflied-prepared animal carcass comprising a closed cooking chamber with a plurality of adjustable air vents arranged on the bottom edge of the cooking chamber and a plurality of adjustable opening vents on a vertical side of the lid of the cooking chamber, and a slide out cooking grate with adjustable rails to support the grate while out of the cooking apparatus, a plurality of removable cooking fuel trays, wherein the cooking grate is positioned between twenty-five and forty centimeters above the cooking fuel trays to enable a flame-flare-up free, time-accelerated, slow-and-low cooking of the animal carcass in half, or less than half, of the traditional sixteen to twenty-two hours cooking time.

Disclosed is a BBQ Grill comprising two lower side panels, two upper side panels that are slideably received in the lower side panels. Crossbraces space the panels apart and a grill plate is adapted to detachably engage hooks on the upper side panels. The grill has legs that extend and retract associated with the lower side panels and the upper side panels have a handle assembly with a button to set pawls of a latch plate at selected apertures associated with the lower side panel. Various accessories are disclosed. The grill can be used with wood, charcoal briquettes or a gas burner.

A foldable grill device includes a cooking grill, a heating device which is operated with a flammable gas, and a carrier frame which holds the cooking grill. The carrier frame includes plate-shaped walls, and at least two opposite bearing elements in which the heating device is held to be releasable. The plate shaped walls are interconnected via releasable plug-in connections so that a release of the releasable plug-in connections converts the foldable grill device into a transport and storage state in which the plate-shaped walls and the cooking grill are placed one on top of another to form a flat stack. The heating device is provided as a tubular fuel rod which a first end, a second end which is arranged opposite to the first end, and a plurality of outlet openings for an outflow of the flammable gas.

A kamado-style grill assembly includes a vessel, a fire bowl, and a unit extending through an opening of the vessel for positioning below an opening of the fire bowl. The unit may include a gas burner configured to radiate heat into the fire bowl. In such examples, the grill assembly may further include a heat spreader removably coupled to the unit The heat spreader is formed at least partially of a thermally conductive material to absorb heat radiated from the gas burner and spread heat away from the gas burner. In other examples, the grill assembly may additionally and/or alternatively include a support bracket removably coupled to the fire bowl. The support bracket extends across at least a portion of an opening of the fire bowl for supporting a structure. Other example kamado-style grill assemblies and methods of installing components of kamado-style grills are also disclosed.

The present disclosure provides a silicon nitride ceramic heating and ignition device for a granular fuel barbecue oven, including a combustion chamber and a fixing pipe. An outer wall of the combustion chamber is welded to one end of the fixing pipe, the fixing pipe is communicated with an interior of the combustion chamber, and air inlet holes and air flow holes are defined in the two sides of the fixing pipe. One end of the fixing pipe is fixedly connected with a stainless steel sheet bending support, and the heat dissipation ceramic flange sleeve and one end flange port of the fixing pipe are connected with a boss positioning center. An inner cavity of the heat dissipation flange ceramic sleeve is bonded with the silicon nitride ignition rod.

A grilling device includes an auger feeder system, a heating element, a blower and a temperature control system. The temperature control system includes at least a first temperature sensor inside the firepot and a second temperature sensor inside a cooking chamber above the firepot. The heating element can also serve as the first temperature sensor. A method for controlling the temperature of the grill can include receiving temperature feedback information from one or more of the temperature sensors and adjusting power provided to the auger feeder system, heating element, and blower. The temperature control system produces cold smoke resulting from the combustion of lignin in solid wood fuel while minimizing temperatures inside the cooking chamber.
