TRACE ANYWHERE INTERCONNECT

The present invention provides for a method and structure for forming three-dimensionally routed dielectric wires between discrete points on the two or more parallel circuit planes. The wires may be freely routed in three-dimensional space as to create the most efficient routing between the two arbitrarily defined points on the two or more parallel circuit planes. Metalizing the outer surfaces of these three dimensional dielectric wires electrically coupling the discrete wires to their respective discrete contact points. Two or more of these wires may be in intimate contact to one another electrically coupling to each other as well as to two or more discrete contact pads. These electrically coupled contact pads may be on opposite sides or on the same side of the structure and the formed metalized wires may originate on one side and terminate on the other or originate and terminate from the same side

AUTOMATED SYSTEM FOR PRODUCING CONNECTORIZED EQUIPMENT AND MANAGING THE PRODUCTION THEREOF

There is described a method for assembling a connectorized electrical equipment. A connectivity list required for the connectorized electrical equipment is provided, comprising an origin connector and its identifier, a destination electrical equipment subpart and its identifier thereof; and a list of connections between the origin connector and the destination electrical equipment subpart. By querying a database comprising a library of connectors, a construction plan is generated for the connectorized electrical equipment. The construction plan includes diagrams for assembly, images to assist the assembler, a list of material for managing inventory and instructions. An ATE can be connected to the connectorized electrical equipment to be assembled. Based on the construction plan, instructions are provided for a connection between the origin connector and the destination electrical equipment subpart. Connections can be made manually or using the ATE. All connections are registered in real time for progression tracking and instruction updates.

A lightweight radio/CD player for vehicular application is virtually “fastenerless” and includes a case and frontal interface formed of polymer based material that is molded to provide details to accept audio devices such as playback mechanisms (if desired) and radio receivers, as well as the circuit boards required for electrical control and display. The case and frontal interface are of composite structure, including an insert molded electrically conductive wire mesh screen that has been pre-formed to contour with the molding operation. The wire mesh provides EMC, RFI, BCI and ESD shielding and grounding of the circuit boards via exposed wire mesh pads and adjacent ground clips. The major components and subassemblies self-interconnect by integral guide and connection features effecting “slide lock” and “snap lock” self-interconnection. The major components and subassemblies self-ground by establishing an interference fit with exposed, resilient, embossed portions of wire mesh.

Method for manufacturing electrode for lithium-sulfur battery and lithium-sulfur battery

Provided are a method of fabricating an anode for lithium-sulfur batteries and a lithium-sulfur battery. The method includes: mixing a carbon raw material and a binder; obtaining a carbon layer by preparing the mixture of the carbon raw material and the binder in the form of a layer; drying the carbon layer; forming a carbon thin layer by compressing the dried carbon layer; and stacking the carbon thin layer on an anode for lithium-sulfur batteries.
