Semiconductor substrate processing apparatus including uniformity baffles
A semiconductor substrate processing apparatus for processing semiconductor substrates includes showerhead module delivering process gas through a faceplate having gas passages therethrough from the process gas source to a processing zone of the processing apparatus wherein individual semiconductor substrates are processed. The showerhead module comprises a gas delivery conduit in fluid communication with a cavity at a lower end thereof, a baffle arrangement in the gas delivery conduit and the cavity, and a blocker plate in the cavity disposed below the baffle arrangement. The baffle arrangement comprises baffles which divide process gas flowing through the gas delivery conduit into center, inner annular, and outer annular flow streams. The center flow stream exits the baffle arrangement above a central portion of the faceplate, the inner annular flow stream exits the baffle arrangement above an inner annular region of the faceplate, and the outer annular flow stream exits the baffle arrangement above an outer annular region of the faceplate.
Toilet flange that can be rotated during insertion having a gripping ring and a durable safety seal
A toilet flange for facilitating installation of a toilet onto a drain pipe is provided. The toilet flange is rotationally adjustable while being irreversibly inserted into or onto the drain pipe. The toilet flange includes a flanged pipe cooperative with a circumferential gripping ring. The flanged pipe has an outer surface that includes a circumferential channel. The circumferential gripping ring cooperates with the circumferential channel so as to provide rotational adjustment while the flanged pipe is irreversibly inserted into or onto the drain pipe. The flanged pipe outer surface includes a circumferential groove for accommodating a sealing ring seated in the circumferential groove. The circumferential gripping ring includes a channel guide ring that is seated rotatably within the circumferential channel, and a plurality of gripping projections extending from the channel guide ring. The toilet flange is simpler and faster to install, providing a longer-lasting seal than a traditional toilet flange.
Elastomeric emitter and methods relating to same
An irrigation drip emitter, and methods relating to same, are provided for delivering irrigation water from a supply tube to an emitter outlet at a reduced and relatively constant flow rate. The emitter having at least one moveable member for compensating for fluctuations in supply line fluid pressure. In one form the emitter further includes a root growth inhibiting member for hindering roots from obstructing fluid flow through the emitter. In another form, the emitter includes an inlet protrusion so that fluid entering the emitter comes from a position closer to the central or center portion of the conduit in order to avoid larger obstructions that may be located near the periphery of the conduit. In another form, the emitter includes a carrier for assisting in mounting the emitter into conduit. In another form, more than one of the above features are present.
FLEXIBLE FLANGE APPARATUS FOR CONNECTING CONDUITS AND METHODS FOR CONNECTING SAME
The present disclosure generally relates to improved water closet flanges and methods for installing such water closet flanges. In one exemplary embodiment, an improved water closet flange apparatus includes an outer flange and a flexible conduit portion (i.e. sleeve) extending downwardly therefrom. The flexible sleeve has a sufficient degree of flexibility to accommodate connection between offset, misaligned, angled, or otherwise incongruous plumbing fixture discharges and waste drain pipe outlets. In one embodiment, the flexible sleeve includes at least one corrugated portion to aid the desired flexibility. An upper portion of the flexible sleeve may include an inwardly extending lip portion to accommodate the desired seal between the plumbing fixture discharge and the flange apparatus. Related methods for installing the disclosed flange apparatus between plumbing fixture discharges and waste drainpipes are also described.
PRODUCTION METHOD OF BATHROOM HARDWARE SHELLS
A method that includes heating a bar having an outer diameter and a length to a first temperature for a first time; extruding the heated bar to form a hollow blank having a wall thickness; forming a semi-finished blank by closing one end; bending the semi-finished blank to have an angle between first and second parts of the semi-finished blank; placing the bent semi-finished blank in a die, which is heated to a second temperature; forming a shell by injecting a gas onto or into the bent semi-finished blank after closing the die through a gas inlet in the die at a pressure for a second time, which causes the bent semi-finished blank to fit a cavity of the bathroom hardware shell shaping die; removing the shell from the die and forming a water faucet hole therein; and plating an outer surface of the shell with a coating.
Methods relating to isotopic water filtration
Methods for manufacturing an isotopic filtration module and methods for filtering water according to its isotopic forms. In some implementations, graphene oxide flakes may be dispersed in an aqueous medium to form a graphene oxide solution. The graphene oxide solution may be applied to a substrate to form a laminated graphene oxide membrane comprising a plurality of graphene oxide sheets coupled together in a layered, interlocking structure.
Seamless undermount sink system and installation method
A seamless undermount sink system includes a solid countertop having a sink mounting aperture defining an inner periphery disposed therethrough. The system also includes a sink having a sidewall with a rimless upper edge defining an outer periphery therearound. A mounting assembly is attached to a portion of the sink, and an interface is formed between the sink and the solid countertop. A sealing assembly is disposed in the interface between the rimless upper edge of the sink and the solid countertop to prevent water, food, or other debris from getting in between the sink and the solid countertop.
