Mount System
A mount system and method of manufacture for e.g. a machine vision camera is disclosed. The mount system comprises a rectangular base, a lower clamp disc, an upper clamp disc, a tilting plate, an expansion clamp, and an O-ring. The expansion clamp comprises a tapered head screw and an expandable mandrel, both typically made of stainless steel. The mount system facilitates improved machine vision by enabling effective mounting of machine vision cameras in smaller spaces and/or spaces requiring unusual angles and intricate positioning. The mount system is also advantageous in inhospitable environments having harsh environmental factors. The mount system is also easier for machine vision personnel to learn and understand.

The invention belongs to the technical field of metal micro-forming, and in particular relates to a method for inflating micro-channels. The present invention is aimed at the problems of low process flexibility, single product type, and non-closed structure of the micro-channel when preparing metal micro-channels by micro-plastic forming of ultra-thin metal strips. The present invention uses a method combining numerical simulation and bond rolling experiment to analyze the effect of the hydrogen pressure and bond strength of the metal composite ultra-thin strip after bond rolling on the pore diameter of the micro-channel, and the corresponding relationship between the micro-channel pore diameter and the titanium hydride content, heating temperature, and bond strength of the metal composite ultra-thin strip is obtained. The present invention has no special requirements on molds, wide selection of metal materials, low requirements for equipment capabilities; closed tubular micro-channel products with different pore diameters and different distributions can be prepared according to requirements, with rich product categories and high process flexibility.

The method includes moving a carrier component for the connecting element toward a workpiece to determine a contact point of the connecting element on the workpiece. This feeding step is carried out as a next method step after the error event is detected and ascertains whether the contact point is detected within a predefined permissible tolerance in order to determine whether the connecting element is still located in a feed head.

First, a space coordinate system is established, and a first unit normal vector of the space coordinate system is determined. Then, coordinates of three measurement points on the surface of a curved surface part in the space coordinate system are acquired; and a second unit normal vector to the surface of the curved surface part are determined according to the coordinates of the measurement points. Finally, a rotation angle of the end effector is calculated according to the first unit normal vector and the second unit normal vector; and the end effector is adjusted according to the rotation angle, such that a third unit normal vector of the end effector after adjustment coincides with the second unit normal vector. The method and system enhance the automatic assembly quality of the curved surface part.
