BULK TEXTURED MATERIAL SHEETING
A process is provided for making bulk textured material sheeting. As a continuous supply of flat material sheeting is fed, the sheeting is repeatedly impacted with toothed knives, each knife creating a row of raised and generally pointed structures on the sheeting to texture the sheeting.
CORD PACKAGING DEVICE, ELASTIC JOINT DISK AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING AN ELASTIC JOINT DISK
A cord package supporting device for supporting a cord package wound with a cord, such as for an elastic joint disk for connecting two shaft portions, is disclosed. The cord package includes two opposite arcuate cord regions and two tangential cord regions that connect the arcuate cord regions to each other and extend parallel to each other. In embodiments, the cord package supporting device includes a first redirecting portion and a second redirecting portion, about which in each case one arcuate cord region of the cord package is guided. In embodiments, the two redirecting portions are integrally connected to each other via a web. An elastic joint disc and a method for producing an elastic joint disc are also disclosed.

Box-frame housing and a method of manufacture
A box-frame housing for the installation of electronic modules has frame elements and side walls and provides a subdivision into sub-regions, which are limited by dividing walls. The frame elements and the side walls and the dividing walls provide at least one recess and/or at least one edge projection. A projection engages in a recess and both are connected to one another by welding.
Concrete anchor driver tool
The disclosed concrete anchor driver tool is coupled to a rotary hammer drill to install a concrete anchor. The tool includes a rod having multi-faceted bolt head end, such as a hexagonal bolt head end, and a socket having a multi-faceted opening in the socket end of the socket. The socket is slipped over the rod and held against the bolt head end of the rod by a compressible spring. The concrete anchor driver tool is operated by coupling the concrete anchor driver tool to a rotary hammer drill, slipping the socket over the concrete anchor, and operating the drill in the hammer mode to hammer the concrete anchor bolt into the concrete. The rotary hammer drill is then put in rotate mode and used to rotate the concrete anchor driver tool rod, which rotates the socket, which, in turn, tightens the nut on the concrete anchor.
Die button
A die button for the punching in and fastening of a fastener element having a piercing section to a planar workpiece, in particular a sheet metal part. The die button includes a jacket. Also included is a die plunger movably arranged in the jacket. Further included is a biasing device for pressing the plunger against the workpiece when the workpiece is supported on the jacket with a pressing force made available by the biasing device and selected such that the die plunger first moves when a slug has been detached from the workpiece by the piercing section of the fastener element.
FASTENER HOLDER
An apparatus and method is provided for holding fasteners (such as lag screws) while being driven into a work piece. The holder holds the fastener away from a worker's hand so that it may be driven into the work piece without the hand being close to the driving action of the driving tool (such as a hammer). The holder then releases the screw to be completely driven into the work piece. While the fastener is being set, the holder holds one or more other fasteners in reserve.
Hydraulic vibratory tool for driving rivets of conveyor belt fasteners
In one aspect, a vibratory tool is provided for driving a plurality of rivets out from bores of a guide block into an underlying conveyor belt. The tool has a body, a hydraulically operated main drive rod mounted to the body, and a driver aligned with the main drive rod and slidably mounted to the body. The driver has a plurality of elongated drive rod members for engaging and simultaneously driving multiple rivets out of the guide block bores. The driver has an intermediate impact surface for being impacted by the main drive rod impact end as the main drive rod impact end rapidly reciprocates between retracted and extended positions. The driver also has a rearwardly extending spacer wall for axially spacing the driver intermediate impact surface and the main drive rod impact end in the retracted position thereof by at least a predetermined axial distance sized for optimizing energy transfer from the main drive rod to the driver.
Driving tool
A driving tool, such as a nailer, includes a compression piston slidably disposed within a compression cylinder. An electric motor and a crank mechanism reciprocally drive the compression piston within the compression cylinder, and a sensor directly or indirectly detects the position of the compression piston. Prior to the start of a driving operation, a return operation is performed to move the compression piston to its bottom dead center when the sensor detects that the compression piston is located at a position other its bottom dead center.
