Systems and methods for attaching or joining a personalization accessory to headphones, earphones, ear buds and listening devices that produce, enhance and/or cancel acoustics and go in, on, and/or over the ear.

An improved anti-rotation device for preventing rotation of two joined tubular members of a connector assembly is provided. The connector assembly includes a first threaded portion connected to a second threaded portion. The anti-rotation device includes at least one self-tapping screw installed in an associated threaded bore formed in and tangential to a flange of the second threaded portion. When installed, the at least one self-tapping screw engages a shoulder of the first threaded portion. A partial thread is formed in the shoulder of the first threaded portion by the at least one self-tapping screw, which forms a shear-resistive force that prevents rotation of the first threaded portion relative to the second threaded portion, and thus prevents rotation of one tubular member relative to the other.

An adaptor for coupling an associated quick connect fitting on an associated tank to an associated filling gun includes a connector body selectively connectable to the associated filling gun. A hand wheel is mounted to the connector body. A washer is mounted to the connector body. A locking member is received within an aperture of the connector body and selectively received in a groove of the associated quick connect fitting. The locking member allows for engagement of the connector body with the associated filling gun when the locking member is received in the groove of the associated quick connect fitting. A biasing member is disposed between a portion of the connector body and a portion of the washer.

A device includes first and second inter-engageable parts, each having a longitudinal axis and a connecting face extending substantially transversely to the longitudinal axis. The first part has an engagement formation extending substantially axially and the second part has a receiving formation extending substantially axially, and in which the engagement formation is receivable. The engagement and receiving formations each includes a substantially helicoidal surface extending at least partially around the longitudinal axis of the respective part of the connector, so that rotation of the parts relative to one another about the longitudinal axes, when the parts are substantially co-axially aligned, so that the connecting faces of the parts face one another in a substantially axial direction, causes engagement of the engagement formation with the corresponding receiving formation.

A sealing system connecting first and second tubular members includes a first curvilinear sealing surface on the first tubular member and a second curvilinear sealing surface on the second tubular member. Both the first and second curvilinear sealing surfaces are disposed between two sets of threading on the respective first and second tubular members. When the first and second tubular members are in a connected configuration, the first and second curvilinear sealing surfaces contact and interfere to form an annular curvilinear center seal. A relief pocket may be disposed adjacent to the first and/or second curvilinear sealing surfaces to contain excess lubricant between the first and second tubular members.

A uniquely designed torque wrench having a torque body, the torque body attached to a frictional squeezing clamp, and a lug socket which is rotationally connected to the frictional squeezing clamp. The frictional squeezing clamp entering a contracted stated during extension of a rod of a hydraulic cylinder, and entering an expanded state during the retraction of the rod of a hydraulic cylinder, the lug socket turning the wing nut of a hammer union.

An improved anti-rotation key designed to prevent rotation of a first threaded portion of a connector assembly with respect to a second threaded portion of the connector assembly is provided. The disclosed key includes several features that facilitate easier, faster, and more accurate securing of the key within the connector. For example, the key may include features that guide, pre-load, and smooth the transition of the key from an initial position to a fully engaged and energized position. Specifically, the key may include a tapered first surface for engaging with a tapered surface of the first threaded portion, and a set of short teeth and a set of long teeth on a second surface opposite the tapered first surface for engaging with an engagement surface on the second threaded portion

A method for remanufacturing an ultra-large copper nut includes steps of: step (1) coarsening treatment; step (2) purifying treatment; step (3) detecting a material of the ultra-large copper nut; step (4) sleeving a thermal insulation device; step (5) preheating the ultra-large copper nut; step (6) melting-deposition shaping; step (7) post-processing; and step (8) detecting. The method of the present invention simultaneously utilizes water, electricity, gas, fire and machine and performs melting-deposition on materials by simultaneously supplying water, electricity, gas, fire and machine according to the designed requirements. The method of the present invention solves problems of large thickness abrasion and remediation of fracture components. The method of the present invention is capable of preventing the ultra-large copper nut from deformation and collapse and is a feasible remanufacturing for decreasing the huge economic loss caused by damages of expensive ultra-large of nonferrous metals.

A fastener for use in connection with a tubular boss has a shaft with at least one rib along the length thereof and at least one thread segment extending at least partially around the shaft. The shaft is inserted into the boss in first position, and rotated to a second position wherein the at least one thread segment engages at least one column formed in the tubular boss. The shaft can be integrally formed with a first molded part to be fastened to a second molded part with an integrally formed tubular boss. Various locking features for locking the shaft in the boss are also disclosed.
