GOLF CLUB HEAD WITH GROOVES AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURE
Embodiments of golf clubs with grooves and methods of manufacture thereof are described herein. In one embodiment of a golf club described herein, the golf club has a head with a body. The body has a strike face with channels and at least one insert located within at least one of the channels. At least one of the channels comprises a single groove, and the insert forms at least a portion of the single groove. At least one of the channels comprises an opening on the strike face that is narrower than a bottom of the at least one of the channels. Other embodiments and related methods are also disclosed herein.
Vehicle cruise control sensor-cover and method of manufacturing the same
The present disclosure provides a vehicle cruise control sensor-cover and a method of manufacturing the vehicle cruise control sensor-cover, the vehicle cruise control sensor-cover including a bottom cover member wherein indium or an indium-containing alloy is deposited, by using a non-conductive vacuum metallization (NCVM) method, on a front surface of a bottom cover body having a logo and an outer frame protruding three-dimensionally and a top cover body including a transparent material and having a back surface formed in a shape corresponding to the front surface of the bottom cover member, wherein the top cover member is assembled integrally with the front surface of the bottom cover member, and a laser etching process is partially selectively performed only on the logo or the outer edge on the back surface of the top cover body to partially form an etched surface.
Application of antimicrobial agents to medical devices
Invasive medical devices including a substantially non-eluting antimicrobial treatment are disclosed. One or more external and/or internal surfaces of the medical device include a substantially non-eluting copper-coated surface that assists in preventing microbial colonization of the coated surface. This in turn reduces the incidence of infection to the patient originating from the medical device. In one embodiment, a catheter assembly is disclosed and comprises an elongate catheter tube that defines at least one lumen, at least one extension leg including a luer connector, and a bifurcation hub including at least one fluid passageway that provides fluid communication between the extension leg and the lumen. A substantially non-eluting copper coating is disposed on a surface of at least one of the lumen, the extension leg, the luer connector, and the fluid passageway. The coating is applied via an electroless deposition process. A water-shed coating is disposed on the copper coating.
DEVICES FOR ACCESSING MEDICINAL FLUID FROM A CONTAINER
In certain embodiments, a vial adaptor for removing liquid contents from a vial comprises a piercing member and a bag. The bag can be contained within the piercing member such that the bag is introduced to the vial when the vial adaptor is coupled with the vial. In some embodiments, the bag expands within the vial as liquid is removed from the vial via the adaptor, thereby regulating pressure within the vial. In other embodiments, a vial comprises a bag for regulating pressure within the vial as liquid is removed therefrom. In some embodiments, a vial adaptor is coupled with the vial in order to remove the liquid. In some embodiments, as the liquid is removed from the vial via the adaptor, the bag expands within the vial, and in other embodiments, the bag contracts within the vial.
Fastenable member for sealing, baffling or reinforcing and method of forming same
There is disclosed a member for sealing, baffling and/or reinforcing components of an automotive vehicle. The assembly generally includes a carrier, an expandable material and at least one fastener.

Cord package supporting device, elastic joint disk and method for producing an elastic joint disk
A cord package supporting device for supporting a cord package wound with a cord, such as for an elastic joint disk for connecting two shaft portions, is disclosed. The cord package includes two opposite arcuate cord regions and two tangential cord regions that connect the arcuate cord regions to each other and extend parallel to each other. In embodiments, the cord package supporting device includes a first redirecting portion and a second redirecting portion, about which in each case one arcuate cord region of the cord package is guided. In embodiments, the two redirecting portions are integrally connected to each other via a web. An elastic joint disk and a method for producing an elastic joint disk are also disclosed.
Methods and systems for jacket joints
A system comprising a protective jacket for insulating pipe is provided. The protective jacket comprises a first metal shell comprising an interior surface and an exterior surface, wherein the interior surface comprises a moisture protective coating, and the exterior surface comprises a film adhered to the exterior surface by an adhesive, and wherein the adhesive provides for a toolless removal of the film.
Formable interface and shielding structures
A formable structure comprises a first material having a first level of viscosity and a second material having a second level of viscosity, wherein the second material is formed to hold at least a portion of the first material in a particular position or a particular shape. The first material can be configured to function as a thermal interface between two or more hardware components. The second material can be configured to have a higher viscosity than the first material. In one illustrative example, the second material can include a light-activated resin that is configured to harden when exposed to one or more treatments. By the use of the first material and second material, the techniques disclosed herein are adaptable to gaps having a wide range of sizes, which is difficult to do with traditional thermal interface materials. The second material can also function as an EMI shield.
