A method for producing a composite filter tube and filter element made of a multilayer metal mesh and metal powders, including: knitting to obtain metal meshes of different mesh numbers, obtaining a layered structure by means of a lamination method, then putting the layered structure in a vacuum furnace for sintering processing, sintering a metal composite layer to obtain a composite filter sheet and tube made of a multilayer metal mesh and metal powders with a multilayer metal mesh as a structure support layer and a metal powder sinter structure as a filter layer, then rolling the composite filter sheet and tube into a tubular filter element by using a shaping machine, and welding to obtain a composite filter tube and filter element product made of a multilayer metal mesh and metal powders.

Filter device combining beads and fibers

A filter apparatus, a method for the manufacture of the filter apparatus, the use of the filter apparatus in medical, chemical and/or biotechnological applications, and an apparatus for use in the manufacture of the filter apparatus. The filter apparatus has a cylindrical housing and a plurality of hollow fibers. The hollow fibers are combined to form a bundle in the housing and are embedded and held in each case at the end sides in a molding compound. The filtrate space is filled with particles of a chemically or physically active substance.

A method of manufacturing keycaps, each keycap having a top and a skirt, includes: providing a first jig having a plurality of positioning units; arranging correspondingly a plurality of keycaps onto the plurality of positioning units; attaching a first film including an ink layer and a first release layer to the plurality of keycaps by using an out-mold transfer technique, such that the first film covers respective upper surfaces of the tops and respective side surfaces of the skirts of keycaps; removing the first release film; laser-engraving the ink layer; and forming a protection layer on the laser-engraved ink layer. A keycap manufactured by the method of the present invention is also disclosed.

Golf club

A golf club comprising an elongate shaft having a grip at a first longitudinal end thereof; a club head coupled to a second longitudinal end of the elongate shaft, the club head comprising a sole and a ball striking face; and, an elongate marker comprising a longitudinal axis orientated such that, when the sole of the golf club lies substantially parallel to the plane of the ground, the longitudinal axis of the elongate marker extends in a plane defined by a first vector in a direction substantially perpendicular to the plane of the ground and a second vector substantially parallel to a normal of the face of the club head. In use, the marker assists the player in optimizing the orientation of the golf club and, particularly but not exclusively, assists in achieving a hands-ahead position. Methods for adapting a golf club and manufacturing a golf club are also disclosed.

An electronic device includes a base body, a functional element that is placed on the base body, and a lid body, formed from silicon, that is placed over the base body so as to cover the functional element. A hole portion and a sealing member that closes the hole portion are disposed in the lid body, in the hole portion, the area of a second opening disposed on a side opposite to a first opening is larger than the area of the first opening disposed on the base body side, and the ratio of the volume of the sealing member to the volume of the hole portion is equal to or higher than 35% and is equal to or lower than 87%.

Methods of forming heat set annuloplasty rings

An annuloplasty repair segment for heart valve annulus repair and a method for forming. A multi-stranded cable replaces solid core wire for both the tricuspid and mitral valves which allows for greater deployment flexibility for minimally-invasive surgical (MIS) implant, while still maintaining the required strength and similar tensile properties of solid-core wire. The particular shape of the annuloplasty ring is fixed using a heat setting process including heating the flexible core member to a temperature higher than 500 C. and holding it in a desired heat-set saddle shape for a period of time. The core is then rapidly cooled to impart physical properties such that the flexible core member can be straightened, during implantation, to fit through a tubular access device and regain the heat-set saddle shape after exiting the access device and, when attached to the native heart valve, the flexible core member is strong enough to remodel the native heart valve.

An annuloplasty repair segment for heart valve annulus repair. In one embodiment a multi-stranded cable replaces solid core wire for both the tricuspid and mitral valves. Cable allows for greater deployment flexibility for minimally-invasive surgical (MIS) implant, while still maintaining the required strength and similar tensile properties of solid-core wire. Stranded cable provides a MIS annuloplasty ring with sufficient flexibility in the x-y plane to allow a surgeon to squeeze the ring into a small incision, such as being able to pass through an 18 Fr or smaller catheter, while maintaining structural rigidity under forces exerted on the implanted ring by the cardiac cycle. The particular shape of the annuloplasty ring is fixed using a heat setting process.
