Portable computer unified top case
A top case assembly for a portable computer is disclosed. The assembly may include an integral unified (e.g., homogenous) top case formed from a single part. The integral top case provides an enclosure, frame and cosmetic exterior of the portable computer. The integral top case also serves as the primary structure of the portable computer. The assembly may include a variety of subassemblies such as keyboards, touchpads, circuit boards, and drives that are carried by the underside of the integral top case. The integral top case may be formed from aluminum slab that has been machined to form walls, openings, attachment areas and cosmetic areas of the top case.
Turning/milling system and turning/milling method
Provided is a turning and milling system, comprising: a work platform comprising a first drive mechanism; a rotating platform, said first drive driving said rotating platform to rotate on the said work platform and drive a workpiece to rotate about a vertical axis; a blade assembly comprising a blade and a second drive mechanism connected to the blade; said second drive mechanism drives the blade to move in the horizontal direction, changing the machining radius of the blade.
Flow through cylindrical bores
A flow directing apparatus for directing fluid flow includes a flow body defining a bore therethrough configured and adapted to direct fluid flowing therethrough. The bore includes an outlet and an opposed inlet with an enlargement, formed as a countersink and/or a chamfer using a suitable boring device. The enlargement is configured and adapted to reduce sensitivity to entrance-edge conditions for the bore.
ASSEMBLING DEVICE
An assembling device includes a holding member and a processing device. The holding member is configured to hold a first assembly component and a second assembly component. The processing device is configured to process a first excess thickness portion and a second excess thickness portion. The first excess thickness portion is provided at the first assembly component and is configured to adjust a gap between the first assembly component and the second assembly component. The second excess thickness portion is provided at the second assembly component and is configured to adjust the gap.
METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING A HITTING PANEL FOR GOLF CLUB HEAD
A method for manufacturing a hitting panel with precise dimensions and high quality for golf club head is disclosed to include the steps of material preparing and cutting, primary hot pressing, planar milling, secondary hot pressing, third hot pressing, cold pressing and hitting surface formation.
Methods and apparatus to perform a liquid-jet guided laser process and to simplify the maintenance thereof
A removably attached coupling assembly can be used to be attached to a laser focus optic assembly of a liquid jet guided laser system. The coupling assembly can include a coupling body, a window assembly, and a nozzle assembly. The coupling assembly thus can allow the independent and separate servicing of the window and the nozzle. For example, to service the window, the coupling assembly can be first detached from the laser focus optic assembly, exposing the top portion of the coupling assembly. The window assembly then can be detached from the coupling assembly. The window can be removed from the window assembly for servicing, such as being repaired or replaced.
COMPOUND BARB MEDICAL DEVICE AND METHOD
A compound barb medical device is provided which includes an elongated body having at least one barb formed along the length of the body, the barb defining an inner surface with a first portion disposed at a first orientation relative to a longitudinal axis of the elongated body, and a second portion disposed at a second orientation relative to the longitudinal axis. Optionally, the barb defines a third portion disposed at a third orientation relative to the longitudinal axis. A method for forming a compound barb on a medical device is also provided.
Venous valve incising blades, manufacturing method of the same and artery revascularization treatment using the same
A venous valve incising cutter includes a cutting teeth head, a guide, a wire and a coupling rod that couples the guide and a cutting teeth head, all aligned in a rotation axis thereof. More than four pieces of cutting blades are formed on the outer surrounding surface of the cutting teeth head. Each cutting blade has a roughly triangular pyramid shape such that the three ridge lines are composed of the outer surrounding surface of the cutting teeth head and the two planes formed in the reverse side of the outer surrounding surface and the apex is a knife-point of the cutting blade.
Automatic machine and method for automatically drilling and milling glass sheets arranged vertically
An automatic machine for drilling and milling substantially flat glass sheets shape, comprising includes a machine body; an input conveyor provided with a motorized roller conveyor or roller belt that conveys the glass sheet by its lower edge; an input conveyance surface provided with idle gliding wheels; an output conveyor provided with a motorized roller conveyor or motorized belt that conveys the glass sheet by means of its lower edge; and an output conveyance surface provided with idle gliding wheels. The machine further includes at least one carriage provided with synchronous horizontal motion along the longitudinal axis X2; and at least one pair of working heads provided independently with a synchronous vertical motion for adjustment and feeding along the axes Y1 and Y2, wherein, each head bears a tool provided with rotary motion (cutting) and feeding motion along the axes Z1 and Z2.
