A flow substrate mounting structure comprising a fastener aperture and an alignment feature, wherein the alignment feature comprises at least one of an alignment pin removably coupled with the flow substrate mounting structure, an alignment slot, and an alignment step. A structure for coupling a plurality of flow substrates comprising a flow substrate mounting structure comprising a first fastener aperture, and a second fastener aperture, wherein the first fastener aperture is configured to couple with a first fastener and the second fastener aperture is configured to couple with a second fastener, wherein an alignment fixture is used to align the flow substrate mounting structure with the plurality of flow substrates.

A valve having a valve body to which an actuator can be fastened is specified, the valve body including at least a first and a second housing part made of plastic, a first fluid duct being formed in the first housing part and a second fluid duct being formed in the second housing part, and at least one of the two fluid ducts opening out at a valve seat, and at least one elongated, rectilinear stiffening element being inserted in sections both into the first housing part and into the second housing part, and the at least one stiffening element being at least approximately perpendicular to a plane in which the at least one valve seat extends.
VALVE ASSEMBLY
A valve assembly with at least two valve modules is described, wherein the valve modules are arranged one beside the other in a line-up direction. The valve assembly also comprises an indicating device for displaying a state of the valve modules and/or of the valve assembly and/or of a component connected to the valve assembly. In the line-up direction the indicating device continuously extends over all valve modules.

An embodiment of the present disclosure provides a check valve comprising a valve housing including first and second internal flow passages each formed to pass through an interior of the valve housing and having an inlet through which a fluid is introduced and an outlet through which the fluid is discharged; a first opening and closing member provided in the first internal flow passage and opened and closed by a hydraulic pressure of the fluid; a second opening and closing member provided in the second internal flow passage and opened and closed by the hydraulic pressure of the fluid; and a stopper member press-fitted to the valve housing.

An air suspension system, comprising a manifold, defining a first and second port, each port defining a receiving region at the second end, wherein the first and second ports are arranged in a common plane, a channel intersecting the first and second port, a cavity intersecting each port, and a pressure sensor port, positioned between the first and second port, defining a sensor insertion axis normal to the common plane, the pressure sensor port separated from the first port, the second port, and the channel by a thickness; a first and second solenoid valve, each solenoid valve arranged within the cavity and coaxially arranged with the first and second ports, each solenoid valve comprising a connector; a pressure sensor arranged within the pressure sensor port, the pressure sensor comprising a connector; and an electronics module arranged parallel the common plane, the electronics module configured to electrically couple to the connectors.
ENCAPSULATED VALVE SYSTEM AND METHOD OF USE
An encapsulated valve system includes a first housing portion having a first facing surface, the first facing surface comprising a plurality of branch pathways formed as a recess within the first facing surface. The valve system further includes a second housing portion having a second facing surface, the second facing surface comprising a plurality of branch pathways formed as a recess within the second facing surface. A disposable conduit is configured to be interposed between the first and second housing portions and disposed within the recess of the first facing surface and the recess of the second facing surface. The disposable conduit is thus sandwiched between the first and second facing surfaces. A plurality of pinch valve actuators are mounted on one or both of the first housing portion and the second housing portion, the plurality of pinch valve actuators configured to pinch the disposable conduit at selective branch pathways.
Manifold solenoid valve
An object of the present invention is to improve assembling workability of the flow passage block and the sealability between the manifold solenoid valve and the flow passage block. A flow passage block 61 is mounted on a manifold solenoid valve having valve bases 12 on which solenoid valves 11 are respectively mounted, a block mounting face 60 is formed by the valve bases 12, an output joint 36 protrudes from each valve base, a joint seal member 71 is detachably mounted on the output joint 36, with the flow passage block 61 being mounted on the block mounting face 60, the joint seal member 71 seals between an outer peripheral surface of an output joint 36 and an inner peripheral surface of an connecting hole 64 which communicates with an air passage of the flow passage block 61.
STRUCTURE FOR FORMING FLUID PATH
A structure for forming a fluid path is provided. The structure for forming a fluid path according to one embodiment of the present disclosure includes a body configured with first and second fluid paths which communicate with each other, and a third fluid path which is provided at a position, at which the first and second fluid paths are connected to each other, and communicates with the first and second fluid paths, and includes one or more among a first ball which is able to be disposed in the first fluid path, a second ball which is able to be disposed in the second fluid path, and a third ball which is able to be disposed in the third fluid path, wherein a diameter of the first fluid path is greater than that of the second fluid path, and the second ball is able to be disposed in the second fluid path by passing the first fluid path.
Valve device and fluid control device
A valve device includes: a body having a substantially block shape in which first and second valve chambers are recessed from an upper surface, and three flow paths communicating with the first valve chamber and three flow paths communicating with the second valve chamber are formed inside the body; first and second valve members disposed in the first and second valve chambers, respectively, to switch between communication and disconnection between one of the three flow paths and the other two flow paths; and first and second actuators for respectively driving the first and second valve members, wherein the other two flow paths communicating with the each of valve chambers have respective ports on the lower surface of the body, while the one flow path has a common port on the lower surface of the body.
Valve Arrangement
A valve arrangement for a fluidic supply of a fluid load, with several main valves designed for influencing fluid flows at the fluid ports, and with electrically controllable pilot valves designed for fluidic control of the main valves. A base body is assigned a connection plate lying opposite a connection face and having a fluid passage which leads into an operating port for the connection of a fluid load wherein, between the connection face and the connection plate there is provided a separate passage body which has at least one connection passage for a fluidically communicating link between at least one of the fluid ports and the operating port, and at least one connecting conduit for a fluidic coupling of at least two fluid ports.
