Fluid mechanism, support member constituting fluid mechanism and fluid control system
This invention provides a fluid mechanism that can arrange a plurality of fluid device units and external fluid devices mounted as a set on the fluid device units effectively and compactly. Each of the fluid device units is arranged with respective side surfaces in a longitudinal direction of the fluid device unit tightly attached, and the external fluid devices are arranged side-by-side external to and outside of the fluid device unit in the width direction. Furthermore, as for an introducing path and a discharging path that connect the external fluid devices and the fluid device unit, the introducing path, which is short, is connected to the discharging path, which is long.
VALVE DEVICE AND GAS SUPPLY SYSTEM
A valve device has a structure more suitable for miniaturization and integration and is used for a semiconductor manufacturing process or the like. A valve device includes: a valve body which is accommodated in an accommodation recess and has a first port and a second port in a bottom surface; and a bonnet nut which has a screw portion formed on an outer periphery thereof and is screwed with the inner periphery of the accommodation recess to press the valve body toward the bottom of the accommodation recess to fix the valve body onto a flow path block. The valve body has first and second annular protrusions for sealing which are formed around the first port and the second port and protrude from a bottom surface. The first and the second annular protrusions are formed so as to share a part thereof.
ENCAPSULATED VALVE SYSTEM AND METHOD OF USE
An encapsulated valve system includes a first housing portion having a first facing surface, the first facing surface comprising a plurality of branch pathways formed as a recess within the first facing surface. The valve system further includes a second housing portion having a second facing surface, the second facing surface comprising a plurality of branch pathways formed as a recess within the second facing surface. A disposable conduit is configured to be interposed between the first and second housing portions and disposed within the recess of the first facing surface and the recess of the second facing surface. The disposable conduit is thus sandwiched between the first and second facing surfaces. A plurality of pinch valve actuators are mounted on one or both of the first housing portion and the second housing portion, the plurality of pinch valve actuators configured to pinch the disposable conduit at selective branch pathways.
Valve device
A valve device includes a relief valve configured to be opened when a pressure in a fluid pressure circuit reaches a predetermined pressure and to relieve a working fluid, a tank passage connected to a tank, a main relief passage connecting the relief valve and the tank passage, and a sub relief passage branching from the main relief passage and connected to the tank passage separately from the main relief passage.
Hydraulic valve system with a valve housing and method for manufacturing a valve housing
A hydraulic valve system has a valve housing, which has a first connection side and a second connection side. The valve housing has a through-hole for accommodating at least one piston. The valve housing has a third connection side with at least three hydraulic connections which are each connected to the through-hole via a line. The hydraulic valve system has a connection block with at least three hydraulic through-lines each extending from a first connection opening arranged on a housing side of the connection block to at least one second connection opening arranged on a hole pattern side opposite the housing side. Each of the at least three first connection openings is connected in a fluid-tight manner to one of the at least three hydraulic connections, and the second connection openings are arranged in a pre-defined hole pattern. A method for manufacturing a valve housing is also disclosed.
Control valves
An example control valve includes a split valve body. The split valve body includes a first body portion, a second body portion, a flow path, an inlet port, and an outlet port. The flow path passes through the first body portion and the second body portion. The first body portion is coupled to the second body portion. The control valve also includes a valve seat. The valve seat is disposed between the first body portion and the second body portion. The control valve also includes a valve plug. The valve plug is movable relative to the valve seat to control fluid flow through the control valve.
Valve with electrodynamic actuator
A valve with an electrodynamic actuator includes a magnet device that generates a magnetic field and a drive element that is movable relative to the magnet device. The drive element is pivotally mounted and comprises a current-carrying air coil that is arranged in the magnetic field and is fixedly coupled to a coil carrier made of a non-magnetic material. Sealing surfaces for sealing valve seats are arranged on two opposite sides of the drive element, such that the sealing surfaces face in opposite directions. A housing is comprised of a plurality of plastic housing parts and a metallic encasement. The metallic encasement surrounds an upper area of the housing in which the electrodynamic actuator is arranged and at least partially surrounds a lower area of the housing in which fluid channels are arranged.
Encapsulated valve system and method of use

AUTOMATED FLUID HANDLING SYSTEM
Automated fluid handling system comprising a housing and two or more fluid handling units arranged as interchangeable modular components with an external fluidics section and an internal non fluidics section, and wherein the housing comprises a liquid handling panel with two or more of component positions for receiving said interchangeable modular components such that the external fluidics section is separated from the non fluidics section by the liquid handling panel.
