A portion of the second stud (24) is arranged in one of the threaded holes.

A pneumatic control system includes a manifold that defines: a channel for conveying a fluid, a discharge port, a drain port, and an expansion chamber defining a chamber axis. The discharge port defines a flow axis extending between a first end and second end and a receiving region at the second end. The pneumatic control system also includes a filter assembly with a filter member disposed in the expansion chamber, and an actuator configured to selectively control fluid communication between the channel and the discharge port. The chamber axis is substantially coplanar with the flow axis. A filter cap assembly includes a filter cap body enclosing an end of the expansion chamber and selectively removable from the manifold to provide access to the filter assembly. A purge valve body is configured to selectively control fluid flow between the expansion chamber and the drain port.

The flow path passes through the first body portion and the second body portion. The first body portion is coupled to the second body portion. The control valve also includes a valve seat. The valve seat is disposed between the first body portion and the second body portion. The control valve also includes a valve plug. The valve plug is movable relative to the valve seat to control fluid flow through the control valve.

A segmented fluid end assembly has a first module having a body with a first side surface and a slot formed therein and extending along at least a portion of the first side surface, a second module having a body with a first side surface and having a slot formed in the first side surface and generally aligned with the slot of the first module, and a connector received in the slots of the first and second module so as to fix the first module against the second module. The connector is in the nature of a wedge. Each of the slots has a generally dovetail configuration. The wedge has a generally hourglass cross-section. The wedge is engaged in friction-fit relationship in the slots.

The invention is directed to a divider block assembly made from one piece of material. Traditional divider blocks require modular sections so that piston alignment can be calibrated precisely. The current invention uses replaceable pistons and sleeves that are suitable for use at high fluid pressures. The use of these pistons also allows for a single, bodied, one-piece, metal divider body, rather than the conventional multiple block divider blocks, which allows for a more efficient manufacturing method and stronger, more reliable, and more efficient lubricant dispensing system. The use of any of these aspects separately can improve performance, and not all are required in every embodiment.

A module includes a parallelepiped main body having four lateral faces extending between an upper face and a lower face, in which an inner chamber is provided in the main body, opening in the top and bottom faces in order to receive, on the inside, a distribution or regulation device. The inner chamber includes, consecutively, an upper bore, an intermediate bore that has a smaller diameter than the upper bore, and a lower bore that has a smaller diameter than the intermediate bore. A plate is provided on each lateral face for attachment to a plate of a similar adjacent module, the plate having peripheral holes used for the passage of attachment screws and a central blind hole suitable for guiding a drill hole opening in the upper bore or in the intermediate bore.

At least some of the connection parts (20a-20d) used are wirelessly in direct engagement with one another by way of their plug parts (22a-22c) and socket parts (24a-24c) that face one another and are adjacent to one another.

A plurality of pinch valve actuators are mounted on one or both of the first housing portion and the second housing portion, the plurality of pinch valve actuators configured to pinch the disposable conduit at selective branch pathways.
