The present invention relates to a medical injection device for preventing a target substance contained in an injection solution from being lost when the target substance is not settled or floated, and for evenly agitating the injection solution to be safely injected. A medical injection device according to the present invention includes a container having an agitation means and a vibration sensing ball, an injection solution filter, an injection solution level controller, a bellows connector, and a guide tube.

Disclosed herein is an auto injector for administering a medicament, the auto injector comprising: a housing; a cartridge receiver configured to receive a cartridge comprising a first stopper and a cartridge compartment containing the medicament, the cartridge compartment having a first cartridge subcompartment containing a first medicament component of the medicament and a second cartridge subcompartment containing a second medicament component of the medicament; a drive module coupled to move a plunger rod between a retracted plunger rod position and an extended plunger rod position, the plunger rod being configured to move the first stopper; a processing unit coupled to the drive module, wherein the processing unit is configured to control the drive module to move the plunger rod from a first plunger rod position to a mix plunger rod position with a mix plunger rod speed, wherein the mix plunger rod position is selected to position the first stopper in a position wherein the first medicament component is mixed with the second medicament component, and to provide an onset signal after a number of completed inversions of the auto injector has been performed.

The present invention provides a medical injection device having the following effects: the container containing an injection solution and an agitation means provided in the container are vibrated to agitate the injection solution, so as to allow a target substance contained in the injection solution to be injected at a uniform concentration with being sufficiently agitated, and thereby a fatal medical accident that may be caused by an nonuniform concentration of the target substance may be prevented; the container and the filter and/or an expansion tube are connected with each other through an injection solution level controller, such that a level and an injection rate of the injection solution filled therein may be more freely controlled; and in particular, in order to allow the injection solution to be subjected to a sediment filtration process inside the filter, the injection solution is injected while being filled in the filter at a preset level or more, thereby the target substance such as the stem cells may be stably filtered and injected without damage due to an injection solution filter medium, etc.

An injection device with a feedback mechanism includes a housing for a medicament container having a stopper, a plunger rod for acting on the stopper, a button interactively connected to the plunger rod, an activation member having a flexible locking device releasably connected to the plunger rod, a drive force device, a locking member slidable between positions in which the locking member either completely or partially surrounds the flexible locking device, and a guide rod. Audible and tactile information that an injection has started is provided by the plunger rod's hitting the stopper.

The present invention relates to a mixing and injector device which can include: a housing having a plurality of separate and distinct chambers disposed therein; one or more displacement mechanisms corresponding to each of the plurality of chambers disposed within the housing; a needle assembly being provided about one of the plurality of chambers, the needle assembly including the following: a septum; a needle being separated from the plurality of chambers by the septum, the needle having a proximal end configured to pierce the septum in an actuated state; and a needle carrier, the needle carrier being configured to translate axially with respect to and toward the septum and pierce the septum and provide fluid communication from the plurality of chambers through the needle in the actuated state.

A device for administering a dose of a fluid product, where, in a starting state of the device, a holding element of the device is spaced apart in the proximal direction from a proximal end or portion of the housing and, moreover, a discharge stop of a drive member of the device is provided, where the discharge stop of the drive member can come into abutting contact with a discharge stop of the housing, and the discharge stop of the drive member is arranged on the drive member in a position axially offset in the proximal direction with respect to an engagement element of the drive member.

In a further aspect, a slidable collet may be provided useable to urge resilient members from an outward disrupted state inwardly to collectively define a needle mount. Advantageously, a medical injector is provided which ensures proper sequence in preparation of the device, particularly with respect to the step of allowing mounting of a medical needle to the device subsequent to preparation of the medicament to be administered.
