The present invention relates to a shell assembly for a medicament delivery device, which shell assembly comprises at least one first shell section provided with an entry passage and designed such that at least a major part of a medicament delivery device entered through said entry passage is accommodated inside said at least one first shell section, a closure element operably arranged to said at least one first shell section for closing said entry passage, and fixation elements arranged for fixating said medicament delivery device in relation to said at least one first shell section and said closure element.

APPLICATOR SYRINGE

Implementations of an applicator syringe are provided. In some implementations, the applicator syringe may be configured to dispense a lubricant from a dispensing needle thereof. In some implementations, the applicator syringe may be configured so that the plunger shaft and the dispensing needle are removable when not in use. In some implementations, when the applicator syringe has been disassembled, the dispensing needle may be stored within the barrel of the applicator syringe and the plunger shaft secured about the exterior of the barrel. In some implementations, the applicator syringe may comprise a barrel having a finger flange, a plunger positioned within the interior chamber of the barrel, a plunger shaft configured to urge the plunger forward, a dispensing needle that can be removably secured to the front end of the barrel, a removable cap, and a barrel plug.

TAMPER EVIDENT SYRINGE AND CAP

A syringe that includes an adapter section and a barrel having a chamber that holds a fluid. The adapter section includes outer and inner walls that form a first groove. The inner wall includes barrel threads and the outer wall includes a first projection. A cap having cap threads engages the barrel threads to removably attach the cap to the adapter section. A locking element having a sidewall that includes a second projection is received in the first groove and removably attached to the cap by an interference fit. Rotation of the cap causes upward movement of the cap that overcomes the interference fit thereby removing the cap. The locking element is prevented from being removed from the first groove due to contact between the first and second projections. Presence of the locking element in the first groove after the cap is removed provides evidence of tampering.

A coded housing of a drug delivery device includes a first housing component having a first connecting end a second housing component having a second connecting end, an insert on the first connecting end or the second connecting end, a receptacle on the other of the first connecting end or the second connecting end, a fastening element on the insert, a counter fastening element complementary shaped to the fastening element and provided in the receptacle, a mechanical coding on the insert and comprising a coding feature, and a mechanical counter coding in the receptacle. The mechanical coding and the mechanical counter coding is operable to prevent an engagement of the fastening element with the counter fastening element when the mechanical coding does not match the mechanical counter coding.

MEDICAL SYRINGE

A medical syringe includes a ratchet for use during dispensing. The medical syringe, by virtue of the ratchet, enables repeated dispensing of a fixed amount of a relatively high-viscosity fluid to a target site within a patient. The medical syringe may be pre-filled with fluid and the fluid maybe sealed within the medical syringe. Accordingly, the medical syringe is configured to resist leaks and/or breaches that may occur as a result of manufacturing, sterilization, shipping, and/or storage.

DEVICE FOR THE DOSED ADMINISTRATION OF A FLUID PRODUCT, ADAPTED FOR THE REPLACEMENT OF A CONTAINER

A device for administering a fluid product includes a first housing part with a receiver for the product, a second housing part detachably connectable to the first housing part, a piston rod held such that it can be displaced for the exertion of an emptying movement, an actuatable or releasable drive element for the piston rod, a coupling element including a coupling input element that couples the drive element to the piston rod in a coupling engagement, transmits a driving force of the drive element to the piston rod, and triggers the emptying movement, and a decoupling element displaceably connected to the second housing part and coupled to the first housing part such that it is displaced, by a movement of the housing parts in relation to each other when the housing parts are separated into a decoupling position wherein the piston rod is decoupled from the coupling input element.
