The dual syringe with percutaneous cannula is a medical device for harvesting and transferring cells for autologous transplantation without the requirement of a surgical setting or ambulatory care. The dual syringe is a closed sterile system that allows for the harvesting syringe to harvest the cells/tissue from a first location of a patient which is then centrifuged to aggregate the cells. The aggregated cell pellet is transferred to a transfer syringe. The cell pellet is then reinjected by the transfer syringe into the patient at a second location for therapeutic purpose. The percutaneous cannula permits insertion of a cannula, with the assistance of a needle, without the need of a surgical incision or trocar.

A pre-Tillable or prefilled container for at least one of storage or application of a fluid includes: a receptacle having a chamber for accommodation of the fluid; a cannula assembly including a cannula and a sealing element, the cannula having an outside channel opening, the cannula assembly being attachable to the receptacle; and a closure cap including a sealing. The channel opening of the cannula protrudes into the sealing of the closure cap thus sealing the channel opening. Due to at least one of a radial compression or an axial compression of the sealing element, as well as due to sealing of the channel opening by the closure cap, the chamber is sealed in a fluid-tight manner.

An autoinjector system for injecting a fluid medicament into a patient includes a re-usable autoinjector, and a disposable cassette loaded with a hypodermic syringe pre-filled with a fluid medicament. The autoinjector includes a first motor for injecting a needle of the hypodermic syringe into the patient and a second motor for expelling the fluid medicament from the syringe.

An automatic injection device including a reusable driving assembly having a forward injection end and an engagement element and a disposable cassette assembly including an injectable liquid to he injected at an injection site, wherein the disposable cassette assembly is removably insertable into the reusable driving assembly at the forward injection end and is removably retained within the reusable driving assembly by snap fit engagement therewith, the snap fit engagement being effected at least partially by the engagement element, which is displaced rearwardly by insertion of the disposable cassette assembly in the reusable driving assembly.

An adhesive thumb ring for a syringe is provided including a ring body and an adhesive surface on the ring body. The adhesive surface is configured to adhere to a plunger head on a syringe barrel of a syringe. For instance, the adhesive thumb ring can be rapidly and securely attached to a curved, T-shaped plunger head of a typically pre-filled, pre-packaged dermal filler syringe.
