An electromechanical actuator includes an actuator housing that contains an electric motor, a flexible printed circuit board placed on the motor and that includes an electrical connection part extending in a plane (PR), referred to as the connection plane, that is generally transverse to the axis of rotation of the shaft of the motor and that has at least two electrical connection holes, and an electrical connector including at least two internal conductive pins, each of which has a free rear electrical-connection end section, and in which, in the assembled position of the electric motor in the housing, each electrical connection section extends axially through a related connection hole of the electrical connection part wherein, before assembly of the motor in the housing, the electrical connection part extends in a plane (PM), referred to as the assembly plane, that forms an acute angle with the connection plane.
Laminated core for motor and method for manufacturing the same
Disclosed herein is a laminated core for a motor manufactured by laminating sheets of a plurality of cores. The laminated core is formed by connection of a plurality of split cores, yoke parts of the split cores which are adjacent to each other get in contact with each other so as to form a contact part, and a connection caulking part is formed at the contact part.

An electric device is provided. The device includes an electric machine having a rotatable first shaft extending from an end of the machine. The device also includes a gearbox operably connected to the electric machine. The gearbox includes a first gear rotatably supported in the gearbox and a first gear connectable to the first shaft. The first gear is adapted to mesh with the second gear. The electric machine and the gearbox are adapted to drive a pump.

When an electromagnetic generator 10 having a pendulum structure is mounted on an interior surface of a tire 20, an equivalent pendulum length l of a pendulum 14 is adjusted such that an integral multiple of a period of the pendulum 14, which is determined by the equivalent pendulum length l of the electromagnetic generator 10, is not in agreement with both of an integral multiple of a circumferential length L of the tire 20 and a length S of a non-grounded part of the tire, which is obtained by subtracting a ground contact length C from the circumferential length L of the tire 20, whereby the power generation capacity of the electromagnetic generator mounted on the tire can be improved regardless of the type of the tire.
Electric motor apparatus and method for assembling the same
In an electric motor apparatus including an electric motor (13), a speed-reduction mechanism (14) which transmits motive power of the electric motor (13), a housing (15) which accommodates the speed-reduction mechanism (14) and the electric motor (13), and a yoke (16a) fixed to an outer portion of the housing (15), the housing (15) is provided with a concave portion (21), a holding hole (18a), and an accommodation chamber (15a). A connector unit (25) is moved along the first direction and installed to a concave portion (21). A brush holder (26) is moved along the second direction and installed to the holding hole (18a). The speed-reduction mechanism (14) is moved along the first direction and accommodated in the accommodation chamber (15a). The yoke (16a) is moved along the second direction and fixed to the housing (15). Therefore, no restriction is imposed on the routing of an external connector connected to the connector unit (25).

METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING LAMINATED CORE FOR MOTOR
A method for manufacturing a laminated core for a motor comprises the steps of: stamping a sheet of a core of a straight form to have a form that a plurality of split cores are connected; laminating sheets of the core perpendicularly; bending the sheets of the core in a round form; and forming a connection caulking part at contact parts of yokes, which are adjacent to each other, of the bended core.

Devices and methods of use for brush holder assemblies are disclosed. Brush holder assemblies including a mounting block and a brush holder are disclosed. Also illustrated is a brush holder assembly including a first portion in sliding engagement with a second portion. In some embodiments the brush holder includes a channel, such that at least a portion of the mounting block is disposed within the channel of the brush holder.
