The final assembly facility is for receiving the planar sections from the sub-assembly plant and for constructing the homes from planar portions according to the production schedule.
Apparatus and method for assembling fence panels
A machine for assembling fence panels. The machine includes rail supports, a plurality of rail transport assemblies, a picket hopper for storing pickets substantially perpendicular to the rail supports, a picket transport assembly, a picket spacing assembly, a picket skewing assembly, and nailing guns. The rail transport assemblies include a conveyor for moving rails longitudinally to an assembly position. The picket transport assembly uses a conveyor to move pickets from the hopper to the assembly position, delivering the pickets at an acute delivery angle. The picket spacing assembly increases the delivery angle for a picket to increase spacing between pickets. The picket skewing assembly pushes an end of a picket closer to a previous picket to adjust for spacing between warped pickets. The nailing guns secure a picket at the assembly position to the rails. A machine controller is used to automatically operate the components of the machine.

The oil filling and labeling apparatuses for the atomizers of the electronic cigarettes further include a material loading mechanism, an oil filling mechanism, a mechanism for mounting oil-sealing ring, a mechanism for mounting end cap, an electric resistance detection mechanism, a first material rotation mechanism, a labeling mechanism, a second material rotation mechanism and a mechanism for pressing silicon rubber sleeve. The atomizer of the electronic cigarette is successively conveyed for processing among such mechanisms.
APPARATUS FOR TRANSFERRING THIN-FILM ELEMENTS
There is an apparatus for transferring a thin-film element, the apparatus comprising: a belt-type stamp; at least one support roller configured to allow a movement of the stamp; a first-stage roller system including at least one first-stage roller, wherein the first-stage roller is configured to allow thin-film elements attached to a first substrate to be picked up from the first substrate and to be attached to the stamp, wherein; and a second-stage roller configured to allow the thin-film elements attached to the stamp to be picked up from the stamp and to be printed onto a second substrate, wherein a curvature radius of the first-stage roller and a curvature radius of the second-stage roller are different from each other.
Vehicular assembly support positioning method
A method for positioning a vehicle assembly support device in a vehicle assembly station positioned along an assembly line. The method includes use of a plurality of locator pads selectively engaged with respective receiver sockets to position a vehicle support pallet in the X and Y coordinate directions. Vertical supports are used to position the vehicle support pallet in the Z coordinate direction. In one example, at least one receiver is a four-way positional receiver and at least one receiver is a two-way positional receiver. In another example, each receiver socket includes rollers which engage the respective locator pad to bias the vehicle support pallet towards the desired X and Y coordinate position.
Tire mounting method using a tire mounting device
A tire mounting method is provided for automatically mounting a tire onto hub bolts of a motor vehicle. The method includes gripping the tire and temporarily tightening nuts on the hub bolts on which the tire has been placed with a first working mechanism. The nuts that have been temporarily tightened by the first working mechanism are fully tightened with a second working mechanism, which is disposed in association with a first mounting region on a front wheel side or on a rear wheel side of the motor vehicle. The nuts that have been temporarily tightened by the first working mechanism are fully tightened with a third working mechanism, which is disposed in association with a second mounting region on the rear wheel side or on the front wheel side of the motor vehicle.

A tire mounting apparatus is constructed from a first working mechanism and a second working mechanism that are separate from each other. The first working mechanism is provided with a tire holding device for holding a tire and with a temporary tightening device for temporarily tightening nuts onto hub bolts to which the tire is mounted.
