Endotracheal Tube and Nasogastric Tube Attachment Device
An endotracheal tube and gastrointestinal tube attachment device for positively securing an endotracheal tube and a gastrointestinal tube to a patient and allowing selective lateral positioning and locking of the gastrointestinal tube without removing the device or tube from the patient is disclosed. The device includes an elongated strip of flexible material adapted to be adhesively attached to an upper lip region of a patient and a tube holder which is slideably mounted upon the strip. The tube holder has an arm extending in a direction perpendicular to and away from the strip and a securement strap is provided for positively securing the endotracheal tube along the length of the arm. The strip includes a fastener for fastening the gastrointestinal tube.
RETRACTOR SUCTION CATHETER
A retractor suction catheter used during surgery is provided. The suction catheter may include a flexible tube having an open end and a closed end. The open end may include a fitting. The tube may further include a plurality of slits in between the open end and the closed end. The tube may fit through a subject's oral cavity and out of the mouth. The tube may retract the soft palate so that the surgeon may perform the proper surgery. Further, a vacuum may be attached to the fitting, and therefore liquids, fumes and debris may be removed through the apertures.
A PATIENT TUBE SECUREMENT APPARATUS FOR SECURING A PATIENT TUBE TO A PATIENT
A patient tube securement apparatus is disclosed that may be used for oral or nasal intubation of a patient.
The apparatus may comprise an endotracheal tube securement apparatus for securing an endotracheal tube to a patient, the apparatus comprising a dermal patch arranged to be positioned on the skin of the patient, and at least one tube holder on the dermal patch.
The apparatus may comprise a patient tube securement apparatus for securing a patient tube to a patient, the apparatus comprising a dermal patch arranged to be positioned on the skin of the patient, and at least one tube holder on the dermal patch.
Examples are provided in which the tube holder is adjustably mounted on the dermal patch such that the position of the tube holder on the dermal patch can be adjusted without removing the dermal patch from the skin of the patient.
FLUID DELIVERY SYSTEM TO AIRWAY
A fluid delivery system is provided including an elongated member with a lumen, a first portion, a second portion, and a third portion, wherein the second portion is disposed between the first portion and the third portion. The elongated member is insertable into a patient's mouth such that the second portion is disposed entirely within the patient's mouth while the first portion and third portion extend from a point inside the patient's mouth to a point external the patient's mouth. The fluid delivery system also includes a locking system slidably engaged with the elongated member, the locking system removably engageable with the patient's teeth. Further, the second portion is configured to allow drainage of a fluid from within the lumen to a point external the elongated member.
Retractor suction catheter
A retractor suction catheter used during surgery is provided. The suction catheter may include a tube having an open end and a closed end. The open end may include a fitting. A mask assembly suitable for the treatment of sleep disordered breathing, comprising: a mask to provide pressurized air to a patient; upper and lower slot features located on each side of the mask; a headgear assembly, comprising: a back portion; a pair of upper straps provided to the back portion, each upper strap having a loop portion and a hook portion at a free end thereof for releasably attaching to the loop portion; a pair of lower straps extending away from the back portion, each lower strap having a loop portion and a hook portion at a free end thereof for releasably attaching to the loop portion; and a connection region of each loop portion of each strap, the connection region being adapted to receive a respective hook portion, the connection region being wider than each respective hook portion along each respective hook portion's entire length.

TUBE SECUREMENT DEVICE
The disclosed tube securement device attaches to the patient's body and to the tube, while allowing for a section of the tube to be detached from the tube securement device. The tube securement device comprises a backing with adhesive coated sections. The backing comprises a first end section, a second end section, and a midsection, separating the first end section from the second end section. The tube securement device further comprises a first adhesive on at least a portion of the first major surface of the first end section, a second adhesive on at least a portion of the first major surface of the second end section, and wherein the first major surface of the midsection is free of tacky adhesive.

Medical tube securement device
An apparatus for a medical tube securement device includes a base member and a clamp member. The base member includes a first tab portion, a second tab portion, and an opening for receiving a tube. The opening is located substantially between the first tab portion and the second tab portion. A clamp member secures the tube within the opening to prevent the tube from moving while the base member is attached to a person and the tube is located at a tube insertion site on the person.
