Storage panel with reconfigurable strap array
Fastening patches with fastening material (VELCRO, 3M DUAL LOCK) on both surfaces each include a column with outwardly extending tabs. Fastening patches secure to a backing layer and the tabs of fastening patches may secure to one another to form loops for securing items. The backing layer may include fastening material for securing to an inner surface of luggage. The arrangement of the tabs may correspond to the MOLLE or PALS standard. Fastening patches may include smaller anchor tabs at the top and bottom of the column and be secured to luggage without stitching.
Mounting base for a wirelessly locatable tag
A mounting base for use with a wirelessly locatable tag may include a base portion defining a latching member configured to engage a wirelessly locatable tag to releasably retain the wirelessly locatable tag to the mounting base, a contact block attached to the base portion and configured to be positioned at least partially within a battery cavity of the wirelessly locatable tag, the contact block defining a top side and a peripheral side. The mounting base may further include a first conductive member positioned along the peripheral side of the contact block and configured to contact a first battery contact in the battery cavity of the wirelessly locatable tag, a second conductive member outwardly biased from the top side of the contact block, the second conductive member configured to contact a second battery contact in the battery cavity of the tag, and a power cable coupled to the base portion.
Protective case for a computing device
A composite case for a computing device comprising a first portion to protect and detachably connect to a display portion. The first portion may have perimetral fasteners disposed on its edges. A second portion is for protecting and detachably connecting to an input device portion of the computing device. The second portion may have perimetral fasteners disposed on its edges. The display and input device portions can be detachably connected to each other through a multi-pivot hinge unit operable to rotate about one or more computing device axes defined between the display and input device portions to move the computing device between open and closed states. A hinge cover portion can be connected to the first portion operable to detachably receive and surround the multi-pivot hinge of the computing device. A protective shell can be formed between first and second portions.
PROTECTION APPARATUS
A protection apparatus is for use with a drink container. The drink container contains a beverage. The protection apparatus includes a coupling member, a transport apparatus coupled to the coupling member, and a drink cover configured to be removably maintained on the transport apparatus. When the drink cover is removed from the transport apparatus, the drink cover is configured to cover and be secured to the drink cup, thereby minimizing undesirable spiking of the beverage within the drink container.
TRAVEL ACCESSORY
A travel accessory in the form of a travel bag, has at least two fabric pockets, two connecting strips, and a shoulder strap. The fabric pockets are connected to each other via the connecting strips. The travel bag is designed to be secured to a suitcase, specifically a carry-on sized suitcase. . When a suitcase is standing on its wheels, the travel bag is laid over the suitcase, such that one pocket is on either side of the suitcase, and the connecting strips are over the top. The connecting strips are sized to reach from one side of the suitcase to the other. When the travel bag is not being secured to a suitcase, it can be caried like a purse by using the shoulder strap.
Luggage rack extender
A luggage rack extender includes a frame assembly, an extender assembly, and a folding assembly. The frame assembly includes a cross shaped frame with an operative top end. The extender assembly includes an outer rod mounted on the operative top end with an inner bar extending normally from opposing distal ends of the outer rod. The folding assembly includes a first outer bar and a second outer bar that are operatively engaged adjacently to the inner bars of the extender assembly. The extender assembly is slidably actuated from the folding assembly to enable an extended frame configuration.
Travel Case
A travel case includes a case body defining an interior cavity in which to carry articles and an exterior shell; an inflatable floatation aid fixed to the exterior shell; an inflator in communication with the inflatable floatation aid, for inflation of the inflatable floatation aid; and a locator beacon fixed to the exterior shell, including a communications transmitter capable of signaling a remote party and a geo-locating apparatus.
KEY LOCATOR WITH REMOTE TRACKING
A key locator with tracking capability. A bent rod-shaped first member has a bent first end portion and a second end portion. A second member is configured for selectively retaining keys. The bent first end portion and second end portion are opposed to each other. The bend rod-shaped first member incorporates a planar bent center region intermediate to the bent first end portion and the second end portion to form the interior of the key locator. The bent first end portion and the second end portion are not urged against each other and are configured to allow the bent center region to hang from an edge. The bent first end portion of the bent rod-shaped first member substantially permanently and flexibly interlocks with the second member. A tracking device is connected to the key locator and is in radio frequency communication with a user's smart phone. In a preferred embodiment the tracking device enables a user of the smart phone to find the key locator if it is lost or misplaced.
