Some embodiments of the systems and methods disclosed allow for simultaneous contraction of body core and adductor muscles. Some embodiments allow for a variety of exercises, including the isolation of various muscle groups, including the abdominal, back, and adductor muscle groups. Some embodiments also provide adjustable resistance levels.
Hand therapy kit and electronic guide
A hand therapy kit includes a housing having a lid that is expandable from a folded position to an unfolded position to expose a working surface on an inside of the lid. An elastic cord is attached at two or more anchor points on the working surface to define at least one gap for receiving a finger. The finger can be therapeutically exercised by moving from a first position proximal to the working surface to a second position distal to the working surface. The hand therapy kit can also include removable hand therapy modules, including a therapeutic tracking glove and/or a pressure sensor ball.
INTELLIGENT FITNESS SET AND ANTI-CHEATING METHOD THEREOF
An intelligent fitness set and anti-cheating method thereof is disclosed. The intelligent fitness set includes a support, a base, a plurality of handheld fitness equipments and two handles, wherein a processor, a movement posture sensor and a touch sensor are provided in each handle, and the movement posture sensor and the touch sensor are connected respectively with the processor. One end of each handle is closed, while a bayonet is provided in the other end of the handle and the switchable hot-pluggable bayonet is configured to connect respectively to the plurality of handheld fitness equipments. In the present disclosure, one set of action training of a plurality of handheld fitness equipments is performed through the same set of handles, so that a user can complete movement of one time only by strictly complying with active standards during movement.
WEIGHT LIFTING SUPPORT DEVICE INCLUDING A RESTRICTION PANEL
Embodiments described herein are directed to a weight lifting support device. The weight lifting support device includes a panel having a pair of side edges and an elongated member. The elongated member has a first end and an opposite second end. The elongated member is coupled to the panel to define two independent loops. Each of the two independent loops has an opening on positioned either side of the panel and each of the two independent loops and openings thereof extend beyond a respective side edge of the panel. The two independent loops have an elasticity and the panel has a restriction elasticity less than the elasticity of each of the two independent loops.
Arm exercise apparatus including gloves and attached resistance bands
An arm exercise apparatus includes gloves and attached resistance bands that tone and firm the triceps area and reduce flabby arms by reducing fat. The disclosed exercise apparatus is comprised of an exercise glove with an arm band and resistance band that attaches to both the arm band and the glove, weighing less than 1 lb. together, along with a neck strap to secure the device. The disclosed apparatus or device can provide varying resistance strengths to work the triceps up to 35 lbs. and, in some embodiments up to 50 lbs., varying according to the resistance band used. The apparatus can be used in any location (e.g., while walking in a neighborhood, in the bathroom, kitchen, break room). The apparatus is compact and portable.
Leg Exercise Assembly
A leg exercise assembly includes a panel that is laid on a horizontal support surface. The panel has a prominence extending upwardly therefrom and the prominence is selectively stood upon with toes thereby facilitating calf raises to be performed. The prominence is selectively stood upon with a heel thereby facilitating toe raises to be performed. A plurality of hooks is coupled to and extends upwardly from the panel. A pair of plates is provided and each of the plates is selectively positioned on the prominence to adjust a height of the prominence. A pair of straps is coupled to the panel and each of the straps engages the toes when the prominence is stood upon with the heel. Each of the straps is comprised of a resiliently stretchable material to exercise shin muscles when the toe raises are performed.
Exercise Chair Utilizing An Adjustable Resistance Band System
An exercise chair includes a chair frame, and a base fixed with the chair frame that is adapted to support the exercise chair on a floor surface. The base and chair frame have a plurality of anchors projecting away therefrom. A cushion may cover at least a portion of the frame. Multiple resistance bands each have multiple longitudinal slots therethrough, each adapted for selective fixing with any of the anchor knobs or several attachable exercise devices. In use, with the person seated in the chair and the chair resting on the support surface, one or two of the resistance bands can be fixed with any of the anchor knobs, so that the person can exercise by pushing and/or pulling the at least one resistance band. Different types of attachments are included for exercising varying muscle groups.
TRAINING PANTS
The disclosed device aims to provide training pants to overload the user's leg with resistances and as a result increase their muscular force, thereby strengthening the user's legs, particularly designed for practicing taekwondo or karate, and consist of a belt and heel supports that are adjustable in order to tighten resistance bands that can be joined to the belt at the upper end thereof and to the heel supports at the lower end thereof, characterized in that they have kneepads with loops through which the resistance bands pass that create tension in the flexion angle on the rear part of the knees. The belt defines a surface that is adjustable to the user and has at least a snap-type buckle and it includes a series of ring-shaped holes that are reinforced on the outer edge thereof.
EXERCISE SYSTEM AND KIT
An exercise apparatus, system, or kit that includes separate components that can be used together during a workout. In one embodiment, the exercise kit includes a hub having a monolithic body portion and sleeve portions thereon. During use, only the sleeve portions contact the surface upon which the hub is located. The hub also has an annular groove formed therein and a bore formed therethrough. The kit also includes an elongated bar that is configured to interact with the hub in multiple positions to enable user to perform difference exercises. The different positions include: (1) a first exercise position wherein the elongated bar is positioned within the bore and portions of the elongated bar protrude from the first and second ends of the monolithic body portion; and (2) a second exercise position wherein the elongated bar is positioned within the annular groove.
Toning garment with modular resistance unit docking platforms
