The jaws have an inwardly facing surface configured to enclose around a finger of a person. A spring is configured to urge the tines towards each other such that the inwardly facing surface of the jaws secure the device about the finger. Each jaw has an handle extending from the upper portion, which when moved towards each other causes the tines to separate from each other. At least one weight receiving portion, and at least one weight corresponding to the receiving portion is provided for adding a desired weight to the device.
Jaw-Strengthening Device
A jaw-strengthening device has a first receiver configured to receive a row of teeth having first and second molar sections, the first receiver having a first air chamber within the receiver positioned in a first molar section, a second air chamber within the receiver positioned in a second molar section, and an egress valve, configured to permit egress of air and prevent ingress of air, in communication with the first and second air chambers, a second receiver configured to receive a second row of teeth, the second receiver having a third air chamber within the receiver positioned in a first molar section, a fourth air chamber within the receiver positioned in a second molar section, and an ingress valve in communication with the third and fourth air chambers, wherein the first and third air chambers, and separately the second and fourth air chambers, are in communication.
Waist fitness apparatus
A waist fitness apparatus includes main body and a resilient cover. The main body has a base pivotally connected with a supporting board through an eccentric unit, and the base is used to distribute the weight of the user, so the main body can be stably disposed on the ground. The present invention is advantageous because the height of the supporting board is higher than the height of the knee height of an average adult, the user does not have to bend the knees when sitting on it to increase the comfortableness. Also, the supporting board can be dragged back to its original position by the cover when it is not in use, so the user does not have to adjust the supporting board.
HORIZONTAL ROWING MACHINE
The present invention is a horizontal rowing machine having a frame with a removable seat, adjustably mounted on the frame and an adjustable chest pad. The present invention has angled foot plates. The foot plates enable the user to use the machine in various positions. The present invention has two fixed multi-grip handles with 8 fixed hand positions and 6 positions on which to attach swivel handles. The swivel handles allow for a more natural and free form rowing movement. Maximal adjustability of all aspects of the machine allow for a more optimal and beneficial training exercise for any user, regardless of body size. The user can lift a desired weight by pulling the handles.
Squat rack
A squat rack includes a frame, a lifting unit, a body support unit, an elastic unit and a tread unit. The frame includes a horizontal portion, a vertical portion connected to the horizontal portion, and a handle connected to the vertical portion. The lifting unit is pivotally connected to the frame. The body support unit is connected to an upper portion of the lifting unit. The elastic unit is provided between the frame and the lifting unit and adapted for raising the lifting unit from the frame. The tread unit is connected to the horizontal portion of the frame, between the handle and the body support unit in a horizontal direction. While exercising, a user can set his or her feet on the tread unit, hold the handle with his or her hands, and lean on the lifting unit to gain support from the elastic unit.
SIT-UP BENCH APPARATUS
A sit-up bench apparatus includes a base set, two supporting rod sets, two elastic sets and an extending rod set. The base set includes a seat body and a pivotal base. The aperture is formed at one end of the pivotal base. The supporting rod set is pivotally disposed at the pivotal base and includes a supporting rod and a first cylinder. The first cylinder is connected with the supporting rod. The elastic set is disposed at the pivotal base and connected between the two supporting rod sets and the base set. The elastic set includes a spring and an extending rod set. One end of the spring is coupled to the pivotal base. The extending rod set is disposed in the aperture and includes a supporting wheel disposed at one end of the extending rod set.
Jaw-strengthening device
A jaw-strengthening device has a first receiver that receives a first row of teeth having first and second molar sections, a first air chamber within the first receiver positioned in a first molar section of the first receiver, a second air chamber within the first receiver positioned in a second molar section of the first receiver, and an egress valve, that permits egress and prevents ingress of air, in communication with the first and second air chambers, a second receiver that receives a second row of teeth having first and second molar sections, a third air chamber within the second receiver positioned in a first molar section of the second receiver, a fourth air chamber within the second receiver positioned in a second molar section of the second receiver, and an ingress valve in communication with the third and fourth air chambers.
COMPREHENSIVE FITNESS EQUIPMENT LEG PRESS
The present invention relates to a comprehensive fitness equipment leg press allows a user to do a weight training leg press exercise for training a lower body from 10 kg to 200 kg by sitting on a bench pushing the footrest included in the footrest frame, which moves back and forth smoothly along a central frame for adjusting weight of the footrest frame. The comprehensive fitness equipment leg press comprises a hydraulic cylinder formed on a lower end of the bench without using 15 10 kg weights and a hydraulic cylinder rod connection installed on a body of a weight adjusting bar using the principle of the lever for adjusting weight of the footrest of the footrest frame.
