Exercise apparatus for performing a gluteal bridge movement
The present disclosure provides an exercise apparatus designed to allow a user to perform a gluteal bridge, typically with resistance, to improve the strength of the user's posterior hip and gluteal muscles. The exercise apparatus is configurable for use in different environments—in a gym, fitness center or training facility, a spa or studio, or a home gym. The exercise apparatus includes a frame assembly, a bench assembly, and a resistance assembly. The bench assembly is pivotally connected to the frame assembly to provide an elevated pivot point about which the bench assembly pivots when the user performs the gluteal bridge movement. The resistance assembly is operably connected to the bench assembly and provides a resistance force that the user overcomes in order to pivotally move the bench through the gluteal bridge movement. The resistance assembly can include a cable, pulley and weight stack, or an elastically deformable band.
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR VESTIBULAR ASSESSMENT AND REHABILITATION
In some embodiments, a balance board comprises a base plate for positioning the balance board on a surface, a platform coupled to the base plate via one or more adjustable couplings configured to allow changing a stability of the platform. In the balance board, the platform is configured to undergo a tilt in response to a torque applied to the platform; increase a magnitude of the tilt by a tilt increase in response to an increase in a magnitude of the torque by a torque increase; and upon decreasing the stability of the platform, increase a magnitude of the tilt increase in response to the same torque increase.
ATHLETIC TRAINING BELT FOR IMPROVING MOTOR CONTROL
An exercise device configured for lower body exercises, is disclosed. The exercise device includes an adjustable belt configured to be worn around a waist of a user. The exercise device includes a set of elastic foot cuffs. The exercise device includes a center strap configured to be removably attached to the adjustable belt and the set of elastic foot cuffs.
ROTATIONAL MOTION TRAINER DEVICE
A rotational motion trainer aid device including a wearable body harness having a shoulder member for providing a constant rotation resistance to one or more shoulder muscles during a range of shoulder rotation movement, a back member for providing a constant rotation resistance to one or more spinal muscles during a range of spinal rotation movement, and a hip member for providing a constant rotation resistance to one or more hip muscles during a range of hip rotation movement, and including an anchor aperture for attachment of the wearable body harness to an anchor point for generating resistance throughout the wearable body harness.
Wearable training apparatus
The invention relates to a wearable training apparatus for training the leg and torso muscles of a person. According to the invention provision is made in that for placement on the back of the person a back support with two lateral sections is provided which extend into the region of the hip, in that two leg brackets are provided which are each designed for attachment to a thigh on one of the legs of the training person, and in that the leg brackets are each connected to one of the lateral sections of the back support via a spring joint means which is arranged in the region of the hip and designed to generate a spring force between torso and thighs, through which torso and thighs are pressed forwards relative to each other.
APPARATUS FOR BACK IMPROVEMENT AND LOWER-BACK AND KNEES PAIN RELIEVING
An apparatus (100) for back improvement and lower-back pain and knees relieving, the apparatus comprising for each foot of a user, including a pedal (40) shiftable along a linear axis, for allowing a foot of the user to exert force on the pedal (40), a sensor (18), for continuously sensing a force exerted on the pedal (40) by the foot, a mechanism for exerting resistance force on the pedal, and a controller (10) for reading a sensing of the sensor, the controller being adapted to instruct the mechanism to exert continuous resistance force on the pedal such that the pedal submits to the foot.
Systems for dynamic resistance training
Systems and methods for dynamic resistance training are provided that include the use of a dynamic force module. The dynamic force module includes an actuator and controller adapted to control the actuator according to a force profile that specifies the relationship between an operational parameter of the actuator and a measured parameter associated with a user performing an exercise. The dynamic force module is also capable of communicating with a broader network system to facilitate storing and distribution of force profiles and user profile information. The network system further includes features for, among other things, generating and managing force profiles, uploading multimedia content, and tracking user progress.
LOWER BODY EXERCISE MACHINE
Provided is a lower body exercise equipment that enables a user to maintain a comfortable and accurate posture during exercise and conveniently adjust load of exercise to enhance exercise effect. A sitting seat of the lower body exercise equipment according to the present invention is ergonomically designed to give a sense of stability in consideration of a curve line of the hip of a user and to evenly distribute body weight of the user during exercise and comprises a first segment, a second segment and a third segment which are joined integrally to form a smooth curved surface. The insides of the thighs of the user contact the third segment 213 when the user sits on the sitting seat. A flat upper cover is formed between an upper edge of the third segment and a front edge of the sitting seat. A recess for accommodating an exercise assembly 300 is formed under the upper cover and the third segment. The exercise assembly 300 is inserted into and arranged in the recess through a recess inlet formed by partially cutting out a central portion of the front edge of the sitting seat.
Exercise device
A multipurpose exercise device having a base that rests on a support surface and a user platform upon which the user stands. The lower end of a perpendicular support post is mounted to the base to axially pivot thereon and the upper end of the post is pivotally mounted to the lower surface of the user platform. The user platform pivots with the support post in a horizontal plane parallel to the support surface and pivots on the support post in a vertical plane perpendicular to the horizontal support surface. Resistance elements are provided having one end mounted to the support post and the other end mounted to the base to control the velocity and angle of pivot of the user platform in the horizontal plane. Preferably, a plurality of resistance elements are provided having one end mounted to the base and the other end mounted to the user platform to control the velocity and angle of pivot of the user platform in the vertical plane. In use, the user stands on the user platform and performs exercise motions to propel the user platform to pivot in the horizontal plane and the vertical plane.
MODULAR EXERCISE APPARATUS, SYSTEM, AND METHODS
An exercise system includes a base module having a seat with a seat depth, and a vertically adjustable back configured to fixedly engage with the base module at a first seat depth and a second seat depth different from the first seat depth.
