OPPOSITE RECIPROCAL MOVEMENT REHABILITATION
Some embodiments include an outer tube, a pivot structure, an inner tube, a rotational element, and a central rod. The pivot structure perpendicularly intersects the outer tube at a midpoint of the outer tube. The inner tube is coaxially within the outer tube. A first portion of the inner tube is within the outer tube on one side of the pivot structure. A second portion of the inner tube is within the outer tube on another side of the pivot structure. The rotational element couples to the pivot structure, rotates about an axis of the pivot structure, and interfaces with the first and second portions of the inner tube to cause rotation of one portion of the inner tube in a first rotational direction to counter-rotate the other portion of the inner tube in a second rotational direction. The central rod is within the inner tube and translates axially.
Multifunctional abdominal exercise wheel with pulling rope
A multifunctional abdominal exercise wheel with a pulling rope includes a first wheel assembly. The first wheel assembly includes a first main support, a first main wheel, a chassis cap and a first sucking disc. An end of the first main support is detachably connected to the first main wheel. The chassis cap is connected to the first main wheel by a bearing. The first sucking disc is connected to the chassis cap by a sucking disc support, and a sucking disc spring is arranged between the sucking disc support and the chassis cap. Another end of the first main support is disposed with a first beam, and the first beam is perpendicularly connected to the first main support. The multifunctional abdominal exercise wheel may have advantages of reasonable structure, multiple functions, high utilization, easy to carry, and being capable of meeting various occasions for fitness at any time.
ORTHOSTATIC HYPOTENSION ALLEVIATION DEVICE
An orthostatic hypotension alleviation device comprising an outer casing comprising an aperture extending therethrough; a carriage arranged within the outer casing and configured to be reciprocally displaced towards and away from the aperture along a carriage displacement axis; a spindle arranged on the carriage and configured to rotate about a spindle axis; a tether at least partially wound around the spindle, the tether comprising a distal end extending through the aperture, the tether being arranged such that it can be extended from a retracted configuration to an extended configuration in which the tether is fully extended by pulling the distal end away from the aperture so rotating the spindle about the spindle axis; a spindle biasing mechanism connected to the spindle and configured to apply a biasing torque to the spindle about the spindle axis so as to bias the tether towards the retracted configuration; and, a carriage biasing mechanism arranged within the outer casing connected to the carriage and configured to bias the carriage away from the aperture.
FOOT EXERCISE DEVICE
A foot exercise device is described. In some embodiments, a foot exercise device includes a base structure and a forefoot structure coupled to the base structure. The base structure is configured to remain stationary. The forefoot structure is configured to be moved by a forefoot of a user while the base structure remains stationary. In some embodiments, a foot exercise device includes a base structure and a heel structure coupled to the base structure. The base structure is configured to remain stationary. The heel structure is configured to be moved by a heel of the user while the base structure remains stationary.
PORTABLE DEVICES FOR EXERCISING MUSCLES IN THE ANKLE, FOOT, AND/OR LEG, AND RELATED METHODS
A method of exercising includes positioning a foot of a user onto a pedal of an exercise device. The pedal is pivotably connected to a pair of supports forming a triangular base and has a neutral position relative to a pivot axis of the device. The method includes applying a first force to the pedal to rotate the pedal about the pivot axis in a first direction, toward a first support. The method includes resisting movement of the pedal toward the first support with a resistance mechanism of the device. The method includes applying a second force to the pedal to rotate the pedal about the pivot axis in a second direction, opposite the first direction, toward a second support and away from the first support. The method includes resisting movement of the pedal toward the second support with the resistance mechanism of the device.
Balance chair
A balance chair, comprising a seat, an in substance vertical height element supporting the seat, and a base supporting the height element and seat, distinctive in that the balance chair comprises a rotation and tilt element, arranged in a position in substance midway between the seat and a lower end of the base.
Hand grip
The present invention relates to a hand gripper including a first arm, a second arm, a pair of spring members, a first spring member coupling shaft, and a second spring member coupling shaft, wherein a plurality of first elastic force adjusting grooves and a plurality of second elastic force adjusting grooves, to which the first spring member coupling shaft and the second spring member coupling shaft are selectively coupled, respectively, to adjust strength of elastic force provided by the spring members, are formed in a first body of the first arm and a second body of the second arm, respectively.
Spring-grip easy to adjust grip
A spring-grip easy to adjust grip, comprising a torsional spring and two handles for inserting torsion arms of the torsional spring, wherein spacing blind holes are punched on the torsion arm; the handles comprise a fixed handle, a movable handle, a collar, a spring and a limit steel ball, the fixed handle and the movable handle are both hollow tubular structures, compared to the prior art, the invention is provided with different inner diameter segments in the movable handle to realize the limit steel ball having two states of tension and looseness in truncated-cone through hole, thereby realizing the torsion arm having two states of fixation or movable adjustment in handles, which makes grip adjustment method easier, simultaneously, spacing blind holes are labeled with different grip values, which can intuitively determine the grip when using different spacing blind holes, and scientifically guide the grip exercise.
