Adjustable hand exerciser
An adjustable hand exerciser preferably includes a torsion spring, a handle, a handle cover, an adjustment plug and a center plug. The torsion spring preferably includes at least one spring coil, a first spring leg and a second spring leg. The handle includes a first spring hole to receive the first spring leg. The handle cover includes a first pivot extension and a second pivot extension. The adjustment plug preferably includes a sliding plug and a thumb screw. An inner sliding perimeter of the handle cover is sized to receive the sliding plug. The center plug includes a plug hole. The center plug is sized to be received by an inner perimeter of the at least one spring coil. A pivot pin is retained in the first and second pivot extensions and the plug hole, such that the handle pivots relative to the handle cover.

Pedaling vibrational apparatus
A pedaling vibrational apparatus includes a seat body, a pedal assembly, a gear plate assembly, a drive assembly and an eccentric assembly, like a lever structure. By treading the pedal assembly, the gear plate assembly drives the drive assembly to rotate. The drive assembly is connected with the eccentric assembly. A user can fully exercise muscles of the user's body during exercise, and a vibrational effect generated by the eccentric assembly can stimulate acupuncture points of the user's body to improve blood circulation. Left and right pedals of the pedal assembly can be treaded in turn to continuously drive a gear to rotate in a same direction so as to achieve an effect of acceleration and to enhance vibrations.
BALANCE CHAIR
A balance chair, comprising a seat, an in substance vertical height element supporting the seat, and a base supporting the height element and seat, distinctive in that the balance chair comprises a rotation and tilt element, arranged in a position in substance midway between the seat and a lower end of the base.
Twisting exerciser
A twisting exerciser includes a base with a first shaft, a second shaft and a stop member respectively connected thereto. A first swingable unit and a second swingable unit are respectively and pviotably connected to the first and second shafts. The first swingable unit has a pad and first fan-shaped gear. The second swingable unit has a handle assembly and a second fan-shaped gear which is engaged with the first fan-shaped gear. The user holds the handle assembly, and the upper body and the lower body swing in opposite direction by the engagement between the first and second fan-shaped gears. The stop member limits the angle that the first fan-shape gears swings. The user may sits on the pad or stand on the pad to operate the twisting exerciser. The twisting exerciser is simple and safe.
BICYCLE TRAINER PERMITTING STEERING AND TILTING MOTION
A bicycle trainer, including a base, permitting fore and aft movement and a frame, supported by the base. Also, a seat and a handlebar assembly and a pedaling assembly is supported by the frame. The handlebar assembly is rotatably engaged to the frame, and is supported by a tongue, that is hinged to the base so as to permit horizontal rotation, and the handlebar assembly is attached to the tongue at a position removed from the hinge. Turning the handlebars causes the frame to move laterally.
Exercise apparatus for performing a gluteal bridge movement
The present disclosure provides an exercise apparatus designed to allow a user to perform a gluteal bridge, typically with resistance, to improve the strength of the user's posterior hip and gluteal muscles. The exercise apparatus is configurable for use in different environmentsin a gym, fitness center or training facility, a spa or studio, or a home gym. The exercise apparatus includes a frame assembly, a bench assembly, and a resistance assembly. The bench assembly is pivotally connected to the frame assembly to provide an elevated pivot point about which the bench assembly pivots when the user performs the gluteal bridge movement. The resistance assembly is operably connected to the bench assembly and provides a resistance force that the user overcomes in order to pivotally move the bench through the gluteal bridge movement. The resistance assembly can include a cable, pulley and weight stack, or an elastically deformable band.
PORTABLE DEVICES FOR EXERCISING MUSCLES IN THE ANKLE, FOOT, AND/OR LEG, AND RELATED METHODS
A portable exercise device includes a first body and a second body. The exercise device also includes a support structure pivotably connecting the first and second bodies. The support structure is configured to move between an engaged position and a disengaged position. The device also includes a resistance mechanism configured to resist movement of the first and second bodies toward one another when the support structure is in the engaged position. When the support structure is in the engaged position, the first body is positioned substantially parallel to the second body such that in a first open, in-use configuration of the device, the first body has a first neutral position relative to a pivot axis and in a second open, in-use configuration of the device, the second body has a second neutral position relative to the pivot axis.
PORTABLE DEVICES FOR EXERCISING MUSCLES IN THE ANKLE, FOOT, AND/OR LEG, AND RELATED METHODS
A portable exercise device includes a pedal pivotably connected to a pair of supports. The pedal has a neutral position relative to a pivot axis. The pedal is configured to rotate about the pivot axis in a first direction toward one support and in a second direction, opposite the first direction, toward the other support. The exercise device also includes a resistance mechanism configured to exert a force on the pedal about the pivot axis in a direction opposite to the respective direction of rotation of the pedal about the pivot axis. The device is movable between an open, in-use configuration, where the pedal is disposed in the neutral position to receive a foot of a user and the pair of supports together form a triangular base, and a closed configuration, where the pair of supports are flush against the pedal.
Attachable handle for a stroller
An attachable handle for a stroller comprises a tubular cross-bar removably securable across the span of a stroller rear handlebar. A pair of tubular handles having a limited range of independent forward and backward resilient motion each are movably secured to the tubular cross-bar. The device is capable of folding down when not in use.
