TWISTABLE GRIPABLE EXERCISE DEVICE
A wrist-grip exercise device is disclosed comprising two partial spheroids interconnected by an elastic central bridge, which partial spheroids may be rotatable axially 90 degrees in opposite directions around a longitudinal axis under the force, with each partial spheroid acting as a graspable handle. In some embodiments the partial spheroids are in the shape of hemispheres. The elastic bridge provides resistance to facilitate exercise and power to return the device to its original shape after being twisted and contorted during use. The elastic central bridge may be an elastomeric polymer material interconnecting the two partial spheroids. In other embodiments the central bridge is a coil spring. In some embodiments the handles are inflatable to facilitate compression grip exercises. In some embodiments the handles are attached to the coil spring by male-female connection system. Another embodiment of the present invention substitutes polyhedrons for the two partial spheroids.
MULTI-PURPOSE EXERCISE BENCH WITH VERSATILE RESISTANCE ACCESSORY
A multi-purpose exercise bench having a versatile resistance accessory configurable for use to provide weight-training resistance in a variety of exercises is provided. A multi-purpose exercise bench comprises: an elongated frame configured to rest on a flat floor in a stable manner; a lower seat portion supported on the frame; a resistance accessory mounted to the frame, the resistance accessory comprising: a pad movably mounted to the frame to be movable between a first position and a second position; a locking mechanism operable to lock the pad in either of the first position and the second position; and a plurality of resistance bands attached to the pad. A multi-purpose exercise system include the multi-purpose exercise bench and an exercise bar defining at least one groove dimension to receive at least one receiver ring attached to at least one of the resistance bands.
CONSTANT TORSION FORCE GENERATOR AND REAL-TIME CONSTANT-FORCE TENSION DEVICE
A constant torsion force generator and a real-time constant-force tension device. The constant torsion force generator comprises: a rotatable power output member; and constant-force coil springs (14), one end of each of the constant-force coil springs being fixed, and the other end thereof being fixed to the power output member. The real-time constant-force tension device comprises: a rotatable rotating shaft (20); a reel (40), around which a draw cord is wound, and which can drive the rotating shaft (20) to rotate; and an independent constant torsion force generator, comprising a rotatable power output member and at least one constant-force coil spring (14), wherein a power connection is formed between the power output member and the rotating shaft (20); the at least one constant-force coil spring (14) is arranged beside the power output member; and one end of each constant-force coil spring (14) is fixed, and the other end thereof is fixed to the power output member. The present invention can replace a weight to generate a torsion force and a tensile force, and has the advantages of being portable, space-efficient, easily stored, low in cost, and adjustable, providing a real-time constant force, etc.
VARIABLE-RESISTANCE CABLE TRAINING ASSEMBLY AND METHODS OF USE
A cable training assembly disposable within a portable housing includes a cable configured for pulling by a user and a screw mechanism configured to deflect at least one spring. The deflection of the spring exerts a retraction force on the cable in opposition to a force exerted on the cable by the user. A selector assembly includes a knob that is rotatable by the user to select or deselect a spring acting on the cable.
EXERCISE SYSTEM
The function of this invention is to provide exercisers with a safe and easy way to convert a legs-only exercising device, such as a stationary trainer or bicycle, with the capacity to exercise their upper and lower body muscle groups simultaneously or separately. This invention is portable and can be moved easily from one legs-only exercising device to another. Once they are mounted onto the handlebar or attachment bar of the legs-only device, it is now a full-body trainer. Exercisers mount the trainer, place their feet on the cycling pedals, place their elbows onto the elbow holders, grasp the hand grips, and now start their full body exercising activity. The degree of difficulty of their exercise trek is easily accommodated by allowing the rider to adjust the resistance for moving the forearm bars up and down for an upright bike, or back and forth for a recumbent trainer.
Chest expander
A chest expander comprises a shell, a rotating shaft, a winding storage wheel, an elastic member, and a pull strap, further comprises a resistance adjustment mechanism, and the resistance adjustment mechanism comprises a resistance wheel, an arc-shaped base strap, and a friction plate, wherein the resistance wheel is arranged on the rotating shaft, the arc-shaped base strap is arranged opposite to a peripheral surface of the resistance wheel, and the friction plate is arranged on an inner surface of the arc-shaped base strap and is in frictional contact with the peripheral surface of the resistance wheel; and one end of the arc-shaped base strap is fixedly connected to the shell, and the other end is movable and adjustable to adjust friction between the friction plate and the resistance wheel. the utility model employs purely mechanical adjustment, which achieves a simpler structure and can greatly reduce costs.
Fitness device mounted in vehicle seat
Disclosed is a fitness device mounted in a vehicle seat, the device configured to provide a passenger with various exercise effects during long distance traveling of an automotive vehicle and to relieve boredom and muscle fatigue caused by lack of body movement, and including a seatback having opposite side portions to which armrests are rotatably mounted, respectively, at least two belt entry and exit devices mounted within an internal space in the seatback, each of the belt entry exit devices being configured to allow a belt to be pulled out from and introduced into the seatback, and a handle portion detachably mounted to a front end portion of the armrest and to which the belt pulled out from each of the belt entry and exit devices is connected by passing through the inside of each of the armrests.
Device for enhancing grip strength
A hand exercise device includes a first wrist bracelet; a second wrist bracelet removably coupleable to the first wrist bracelet; an actuator mounted on the second wrist bracelet with an extendable loop powered by the actuator; and a fingertip brace coupled to the first wrist bracelet.
Portable and variable exercise device
The apparatus provides an exercise device that is portable, versatile, and enables the user to match the resistance of the device with the normal physiologic length-tension relationship of skeletal muscle. The device adds resistance in the form of cartridges that are stackable to summate resistance and can connect to a variety of attachments for use with arms, legs, or trunk, i.e., handle, bar, loop, etc. Given the device's portability, it can be used freestyle or mounted to various surfaces.
