EXERCISE DEVICE
A multipurpose exercise device having a base that rests on a support surface and a user platform upon which the user stands. The lower end of a perpendicular support post is mounted to the base to axially pivot thereon and the upper end of the post is pivotally mounted to the lower surface of the user platform. The user platform pivots with the support post in a horizontal plane parallel to the support surface and pivots on the support post in a vertical plane perpendicular to the horizontal support surface. Resistance elements are provided having one end mounted to the support post and the other end mounted to the base to control the velocity and angle of pivot of the user platform in the horizontal plane. Preferably, a plurality of resistance elements are provided having one end mounted to the base and the other end mounted to the user platform to control the velocity and angle of pivot of the user platform in the vertical plane. In use, the user stands on the user platform and performs exercise motions to propel the user platform to pivot in the horizontal plane and the vertical plane.
EXERCISE EQUIPMENT FOR STRENGTHENING PELVIS
Disclosed herein is exercise equipment for strengthening the pelvis, by which the exercise effect of enabling the pelvis, the genitourinary sphincter inside the pelvic cavity, etc. to be strongly contacted and relaxed may be obtained during the exercise of collecting and spreading the knees. The exercise equipment includes: grip parts (110); cylindrical insertion/separation pipes (120); cylindrical support pipes (130); packing parts (140); cylindrical cushion parts (150); side fastening U-shaped plates (160); fastening plate supports (170); a side support connection bar (180); and fastening belts (200). Rotating grips (190) are attached to the bottoms of coupling bolts (B), respectively, by which the side support connection bar (180) connects and fastens the side fastening U-shaped plate supports (170), and the side support connection bar (180) is fastened to the bottom of the cushion part of a chair by using the two fastening belts (200) and coupling bolts (B).
MULTIFUNCTIONAL ABDOMINAL EXERCISE WHEEL
The present invention discloses a multifunctional abdominal exercise wheel, comprising a main body, support members, a central pipe fitting, and a spring barrel. Two ends of the central pipe fitting are each provided with a support rotating member. The support rotating member is pivoted to a support member. The central pipe fitting is inserted into the spring barrel and fixed. The spring barrel is provided with a power spring. The main body is fixedly provided with a single-chip microcomputer, and a display apparatus, a sensor, and a button separately electrically connected to the single-chip microcomputer. Therefore, motion data can be displayed, the stroke and resistance of the abdominal exercise wheel can be adjusted, torsion outputs are stable, and springback noise is small.
Exercise apparatus
The present invention provides a multifunctional exercise apparatus for allowing a user to perform rowing exercise or other exercises. The exercise apparatus includes a frame, a sliding seat, a cord winder, a spiral spring connected to the cord winder, a cord connected to the cord winder, a flywheel for generating an exercise resistance, and one-way transmission mechanism connected between the cord winder and the flywheel. The user is able to seat on the sliding seat and slide backward and forward in accord with repeating movement of pulling the cord to perform the rowing exercise, or having lower limbs partially press upon the sliding seat and two hands grasp gripping portions at a front end of the frame to perform other exercises such as stretching exercises. When performing other exercises, a distal end of the cord is connected to the sliding seat and backward movement of the sliding seat would drive the flywheel.
FITNESS CABLE TENSIONING APPARATUS, SYSTEMS, AND METHODS OF USE
The present disclosure surrounds a fitness cable tensioning apparatus which is used in conjunction with one or more pulleys and additional apparatus for use in conducting cable-based fitness movements in. The fitness cable tensioning apparatus can be used in conjunction with a weight-lifting rack, or with any other structure to which the fitness cable tensioning apparatus can be interconnected. The fitness cable tensioning apparatus as disclosed allows a user to modularly store, configure, and employ the apparatus in fitness exercises.
EXERCISE MACHINE
A resistance machine for exercising is provided. In particular, the machine is compact, lightweight, and modular to allow for ease of transportation and storage. The multifunction machine is also capable of providing variable, constant, and high resistance for many types of resistance training methods, such as powerlifting. The machine includes at least one resistance mechanism having one or more resistance plates serially connected to a spool assembly. The main function of the resistance mechanism is to transfer the torque generated within the resistance plates to tension a cable. Resistance plates are connected to the spool assembly via a series of serial connector shafts.
VEHICLE SEAT ASSEMBLY FOR PHYSICAL EXERCISE
A vehicle seat assembly includes a seat base, a seat back rotatably connected to the seat base, a seat bottom mounted on the seat base, and at least one of the following mounted to one of the seat base, seat back, and seat bottom: a resistance mechanism structured to exert a biasing force on at least one exercise arm operatively connected to the resistance mechanism; a bicycle seat receptacle structured for detachably mounting a bicycle seat to the seat base; and a docking mechanism structured for detachably mounting a pedal mechanism to the seat base.
PORTABLE FUNCTIONAL TRAINING DEVICE
A lightweight portable device allows a user to accomplish both the exercises of a functional cable machine and a bodyweight suspension trainer. The device can include at least one non-elastic cord or strap, each retractably attached to a reel. The reel has a locking mechanism and a variable resistance mechanism. When the locking mechanism is engaged, it keeps the strap or cord in a fixed location. This allows the user to perform bodyweight suspension training exercises. The variable resistance mechanism of the reel can increase or decrease the amount of force that is needed to be applied to move the reel, thus giving the user the ability to perform the variable resistance exercises of a functional cable machine. The resistance mechanism can be designed as compact and lightweight, thus making the device able to be portable and compact in size.
Connecting assembly of an exercise device
A connecting assembly designed for use with an exercise device is herein disclosed. The connecting assembly includes a ball joint linkage, a ball, and a ball joint arm. The ball joint linkage is designed to couple to a base. The ball is pivotally mounted in the ball joint linkage, with the ball joint arm extending from the ball and being designed to couple to various types of exercise equipment. The ball permits three degrees of rotational freedom movement of the ball joint arm relative to the ball joint linkage, offering a plethora of diverse exercises while increasing safety of the exercise activity.
