RESISTANCE TRAINING BAND
A resistance training band includes an elastic unit, a first coupling unit, and a second coupling unit. The first coupling unit is arranged at one end of the elastic unit. The first coupling unit includes a pinch section. The second coupling unit is arranged at an opposite end of the elastic unit. The second coupling unit is connectable with the pinch section of the first coupling unit in a detachable and removable manner. As such, a user may make use of the collaborative combination between the first coupling unit and the second coupling unit to achieve fast wearing. Further, with the characteristics of firm connecting, the elastic unit is allowed to exhibit powerful resisting. Further, detachment and removal can be easily done by the user after exercise training.
Resistance-band exercise monitoring device and associated methods
A resistance-band exercise monitoring device includes a first force sensor that senses a first force applied to a first resistance band, a second force sensor that senses a second force applied to a second resistance band, a single electronics module with a single transceiver for wirelessly communicating with a remote device, and a flexible strap physically coupling with the first and second resistance bands. The flexible strap has conductive pathways electrically coupling the force sensors to the single electronics module. The single electronics module communicates values indicative of the first and second forces to the remote device via the single transceiver. The flexible strap does not stretch and protects the conductive pathways from excessive stress. The resistance-band exercise monitoring device may be configured in multiple ways to perform a wide variety of exercises.
Lower body exercise device
An exercise device includes a resilient compression member configured to resist a compressive force from a user, and a resilient tension member configured to couple to opposing sides of the compression member. The resilient tension member is also configured to form a first portion of a loop around the compression member and the user, and resist a tensile force from the user. The exercise device also includes an extension member configured to connect with opposing ends of the tension member to form a second portion of the loop around the compression member and the user.
Physical therapy and fitness device
A physical therapy and fitness device which includes one or more balance pedals slidahle along one or more resistance bands. Handles may be used with the resistance bands, and the balance pedals may include an elongated slot through which the band(s) slide. Each balance pedal may include opposing projecting raised ledges to facilitate bolding a foot in place during use of the device.
Skateboard band
An elastic band for a skateboard. The band is an elastomer such as EPDM and stretches over the deck of the skateboard longitudinally with a central span under which the rider's feet can be inserted. The band has opposed ends with loops that may be wrapped around the skateboard trucks under the deck. The band is stretched taut, but has sufficient flexibility to enable the rider's feet to be inserted under the central span. Equipping a board with the band enables a rider to perform various tricks that ordinarily require the hands, and the feel is similar to a snowboard, which provides a way to practice snowboarding on the street.
ADJUSTABLE EXERCISE DEVICE
A sliding clip is disclosed. The clip may slide along a strap, for example on a belt. Optionally the clip includes a fastener. Optionally, the fastener may be configured to hold one or more cords, for example bungee cords. For example, the cords may fit into a channel and/or be immobilized by a pressing them with a clamp and/or a threaded knob. Optionally the positions of the cords may be adjusted and/or the fastener may be opened for replacement of the cords. Optionally the fastener is configured for one handed use. For example the parts may be retained together even when the fastener is opened. Optionally one or more clips and/or bungee cords are mounted of a belt assembly forming an exercise device.
Exercise apparatus
An exercise apparatus includes an elongate cable being elastic and having opposing first and second ends configured to be grasped by a user. The elongate cable is configured to provide resistance to being stretched along its length in response to an application of a tension force to the first and second ends of the cable and return to its unstretched length upon the user releasing the tension force. The elongate cable includes a first portion having a first elasticity, and a second portion having a second elasticity that is different than the first elasticity of the first portion.
Exercise and Therapy Device
An exercise device 90 may comprise a pair of handle tube assemblies 100 in slideable attachment to a center tube assembly 200 such that the handle tube assemblies move in opposition with resistance sometime proved by an elastic member housed within the center tube and with resistance and/or damping provided the controlled flow of air within the apparatus. A handle tube assembly may comprise a handle tube 104 containing a resistance plug 101 in frictional attachment to a outer cap 103, plug seal 107 and other components. A center tube assembly may comprise, at either end, a return bumper 201, low friction linear bushing 202, center cap 203, extend bumper 205 and other components.
TRAINING BAG COMPRISING ADJUSTABLE WEIGHTS, DRAGGING SURFACE, WEIGHTED BAG AND COMPONENTS FOR PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES
This disclosure describes a training bag apparatus including weights of the apparatus, one or more fixed and removable components. The training bag is adaptable for exercises wherein one or more fixed and removable elements is utilized as a slam bag, sled, backpack, weighted vest with adjustable internal weights to utilize individually or as an entire training system. The fixed and removable elements comprise of grips, adjustable straps, draggable surface, backpack straps, harness, connecting straps, adjustable internal straps with internal filler weights to use individually and/or as a complete set.
