Friction-Spreader Grip Assembly for Resistance Band Exercise
A grip assembly has a core having a longitudinal axis and anchor interfaces on opposite ends, an exercise band with elastic properties, one end furled around the core, and the other, loose end extending away from the core, and a keeper strap having attachment interfaces at opposite ends compatible with the anchor interfaces of the core, the attachment interfaces engaged to the ancho interfaces of the core, the keeper strap spanning the length of the core, intimately contacting the furled exercise band. The keeper strap constrains the furled exercise band from unfurling.
TORQUE FORCE TRAINING SYSTEM
Disclosed are example embodiments of for a torque force training system. The torque force training system including a first weighted end collar, a second weighted end collar, a first massage tool, a second massage tool, and a center connecting core configured to connect the first massage tool and the second massage tool, the first massage tool configured to couple to the first weighted end collar and the second massage tool configured to couple to the second weighted end collar. The center connecting core may be coupled to the first massage tool and the second massage tool, the first massage tool opposite the second massage tool. The first massage tool may be coupled to the first weighted end collar and the second massage tool may be coupled to the second weighted end collar.
Spherical dynamic resistance device
The spherical dynamic resistance device enables simultaneous strength, core and cardiovascular training. A cavity exists whereby resistance bands are stored. By removing a band and connecting it to the exterior of the device at an attachment point and thereafter attaching the other end of the resistance band to a fixed point a user can engaged device to conduct a full body workout. The cavity can also retain a mass element adding weight thereby customizing the weight of the spherical dynamic resistance device. A serpentine channel associated with the outer portion of the device enables a user to grip the device while engaging hand, arm and core muscles. By gripping the device and through various motions that pull opposite of the resistance band while supporting the spherical dynamic resistance device of various weights, a user is able to attain a full body workout.
Sports training system and method
A physical training system includes a belt for fixing around the waist of a person and that includes a plurality of belt extension straps each adapted for fixing with the belt at any location therearound and preferably adjustable in length. Two shoes are adapted for wearing on the person's feet, each shoe including at least four attachment loops at opposing quadrants of the shoe and optional shoe extension straps. A plurality of elastomeric bands are selectively fixable between any of the belt extensions straps and the attachment loops or shoe extension straps of the shoes. A shoulder harness comprising two straps is included for attachment to and positioning of the belt. As such, in use, the person while running experiences resistance as each leg extends into a fully extended position, and a reduction or cessation of resistance as each leg retracts into a non-extended position.
Modular Activity Board
An apparatus for receiving one or more activity attachments including a deck having one or more openings along a long axis of the deck and between the top surface and the bottom surface of the deck. Each of the one or more openings having a circular aperture for receiving an accessory of a set of accessories. Each accessory of the set of accessories providing an activity for a user of the activity. Each accessory having an attachment platform configured to attach the accessory to the board. The attachment platform having a locking mechanism to engaging with a complementary locking mechanism of the board.
FITNESS TABLE
The utility model relates to pieces of furniture, namely, to multifunctional tables that can be used both as a sports equipment for fitness classes and as a traditional coffee table. The fitness table contains a table top and legs. The outer surfaces of each of the legs are provided with grooves made with the possibility of placing a harness expander in them. The grooves of the adjacent legs are made mirror-symmetrically. The utility model allows you to expand the functionality of the device.
FOOT REHABILITATION DEVICE
A foot rehabilitation device, including a main body, including a main surface disposed on a top surface of the main body, an elevated side disposed on at least a portion of a first end of the main body, and a tapered side disposed on at least a portion of a second end of the main body, such that the main surface is oriented downward from the elevated side to the tapered side, a reinforcement body disposed within at least a portion of an interior of the main body to increase a support strength of the main surface, a plurality of foot markers disposed on at least a portion of the main surface to identify a location for placement of at least one foot on the main surface, and a plurality of fasteners removably disposed on at least a portion of the main surface to receive at least one of a rope, a band, and a pulley thereon.
Bed Exercise Systems and Methods
In an example, a bed exercise system includes a foot pad and first and second elastic connectors. The foot pad includes a rigid support member. The first elastic connector has a first end coupled to a first lateral side of the foot pad and a second end for coupling to a support structure. The second elastic connector has a first end coupled to a second lateral side of the foot pad and a second end coupling to the support structure. When the second ends of the first and second elastic connectors are coupled to the support structure: (i) the foot pad is movable between a first position and a second position relative to the support structure, and (ii) a tension on the first elastic connector and a tension on the second elastic connector increases as the foot pad moves from the first position to the second position.
Resistance Bands Apparatus
The present disclosure provides a resistance band apparatus which overcomes the problems traditionally associated with resistance training - time consuming resistance changes during the same exercise, time consuming adjustments between different exercises, and non-uniform resistance through the exercise motion depending on the height and limb length of the person -by incorporating multiple bands of different resistances into a single apparatus and the bands can be engaged or disengaged from contributing towards the total resistance provided during an exercise.
Resistance Bands Apparatus
The present disclosure provides a resistance band apparatus which overcomes the problems traditionally associated with resistance training—time consuming resistance changes during the same exercise, time consuming adjustments between different exercises, and non-uniform resistance through the exercise motion depending on the height and limb length of the person—by incorporating multiple bands of different resistances into a single apparatus that can be engaged or disengaged from contributing towards the total resistance provided during an exercise, and which can be attached and detached at different points along the length of the apparatus to variations of fixed anchors to provide uniform tension and length for exercise motion. Both the resistances of the different bands and the points along the length of the apparatus at which they are attached are clearly indicated to facilitate easier recording of progress, as well as apparatus setup per exercise for the user.
