Fitness machine
Systems, devices, and methods for a master press having independent press arms attached to a carriage that allows for the press arms and the carriage to be adjustable to different heights in order to perform various exercises. Additionally, a bench with an adjustable back and seat can be used to allow for varying exercises to be performed based on the height of the carriage system and adjustment of the bench. The systems, devices and methods can be used with or without a bench further increasing the functionality of the systems, devices and methods.
Maximum push-up exercise machine
A maximum push-up exercise machine for various push-up exercises in the prone position on a platform with added resistance. An embodiment of the device includes a cable-pulley weight stack system housing with a cable-pulley weight stack system that is welded, bolted, or connected in any manner to the platform. The configuration of the cable-pulley weight stack system may be in any manner such that a cable thimble is positioned midpoint of the platform. The cable thimble is configured to connect to receive a snap link hook suspended from a harness or belt worn by a user, connect to a single cable handle attachment, and connect to a push-up bar via a push-up bar cable connector.
LINEAR BEARINGS AND ALIGNMENT METHOD FOR WEIGHT LIFTING APPARATUS
A weight system having at least one weight stack moveable in a vertical direction on a lift rod, and a bearing block for housing a linear bearing. The invention further includes a method and apparatus for aligning the linear bearing.
Unsupported pelvic / spine, third class lever exercise system and method
The invention is embodied in an exercise system that can allow its user to counterbalance the effects associated with a predominantly sedentary lifestyle though a fitness device that comprises a combination of (a) supporting the lower body in a manner that permits a user's upper body to act as a third class lever with the user's hips operating as fulcrum and (b) engaging in resistance exercises with the upper body in a horizontal position, unsupported above the greater trochanter.
Weightlifting Rack Assembly and Wall Mount Bracket for a Weightlifting Rack Assembly
A weightlifting assembly includes a wall mount bracket configured for mounting to a wall surface and a weightlifting rack assembly connected to the wall mount bracket. The weightlifting rack assembly may have various configurations, including a foldable weight rack assembly, a pull-up bar, a fixed weightlifting rack, a wall-mount weightlifting rack, or various other configurations. The wall mount bracket may be elongated along a lateral width thereof and may have a first mounting region and a second mounting region spaced from each other along the lateral width the wall mount bracket. The wall mount bracket may also include a central panel that is spaced from the wall surface to provide clearance for fasteners for connection to the weightlifting rack assembly, and in some embodiments, the weightlifting rack assembly may be connected to multiple wall mount panels.
Weightlifting assembly and weight rack including weightlifting assembly
An adjustable carriage assembly is configured to be mounted on a frame member of a weight rack and includes a locking structure for locking the carriage assembly in place on the frame member. The carriage assembly may include a moveable carriage with a plurality of rollers that engage the frame member, as well as one or more handles for gripping to adjust the position of the carriage assembly and a connection structure for connection of an implement or accessory. Various implements and accessories can be connected to or used in connection with the carriage assembly, including various weightlifting implements and accessories that are pivotably connected to the carriage assembly.
Exercise apparatus and assemblies facilitating removable attachment of a resistance device to an exercise apparatus
Assemblies are for attaching a resistance mechanism to an exercise apparatus. In one example, the assembly has a pulley cable having a first end portion for being coupled to the resistance mechanism and a second end portion coupled to the exercise apparatus; and a plunger device facilitating coupling and uncoupling of the pulley cable to and from the exercise apparatus. The plunger device is movable into a first position in which the plunger device couples the pulley cable to the exercise apparatus and into a second position in which the plunger device uncouples the pulley cable from the exercise apparatus.
Privacy-preserving machine learning in the three-server model
Methods and systems according to embodiments of the invention provide for a framework for privacy-preserving machine learning which can be used to obtain solutions for training linear regression, logistic regression and neural network models. Embodiments of the invention are in a three-server model, wherein data owners secret-share their data among three servers who train and evaluate models on the joint data using three-party computation (3PC). Embodiments of the invention provide for efficient conversions between arithmetic, binary, and Yao 3PC, as well as techniques for fixed-point multiplication and truncation of shared decimal values. Embodiments also provide customized protocols for evaluating polynomial piecewise functions and a three-party oblivious transfer protocol.
Universal Fitness Device
The invention relates to a fitness device (100) for the practice of fitness exercises, with at least two front limbs (1a, 1b) and with at least two rear limbs (2a, 2b), which are each connected to one another in an upper end area (oEb) with connecting joints (3a, 3b) and with at least one connecting or horizontal bar (4), and the fitness device (100) comprising at least two fixing holders (9a, 9b), by means of which in each case one of the front limbs (1a, 1b) is connectable to in each case one of the rear limbs (2a, 2b) in such a way that a fixed operating position (Bp) of the fitness device (100) is produced at at least one predetermined spread angle (Sw) between the front limbs (1a, 1b) and the rear limbs (2a, 2b).
GLUTE PRESS EXERCISE MACHINE
A glute press exercise machine including: a four-bar linkage connected to a stationary frame; a rotatable back support connected to the four-bar linkage; a seat connected to the four-bar linkage; and a foot support connected to the stationary frame. A lower portion of the back support extends below the user's hips to support the users hips during a glute press exercise. This lower portion supports at least 10% of the user's weight. In operation, the seat rotates downwardly away from the user's hips during a glute press exercise and then rotates upwardly again to contact the user's bottom between every repetition of the glute press exercise. The four-bar linkage is pivotally connected to the stationary frame at a location near ground level. The foot support is positioned below 25 cm from the ground and extends forwardly beyond the front of the stationary frame.
