EXERCISE DEVICE
An exercise device is disclosed, including a first handle assembly and a second handle assembly, the first handle assembly including a first handle and the second handle assembly including a second handle. A first cylinder is retained within an inner diameter of the first handle and a second cylinder is retained within the inner diameter of the second cylinder. A first elastic band is attached to top portions of the first cylinder and the second cylinder, and a second elastic band attached to bottom portions of the first cylinder and the second cylinder. Each of the first and second elastic bands provide resistance when spreading the first handle assembly and the second handle assembly apart.
Hip adductor and abductor machine
A hip adductor and abductor machine, wherein an action structure is installed on both sides of a device frame; the action structure comprises a pivot rotatably pivoted on the device frame, and rotating arms are installed on the pivot; one end of a resistance structure is connected to the device frame, and the other end thereof is provided with a connecting hook; when the device is in an abduction function state, two ends of a retractable elastic resistance rope are fixed on the rotating arms on both sides; when the device is in an adduction function state, a pin passes through the rotating arm and the connecting hook to connect the rotating arm and the resistance structure. The invention provides a machine with small volume, simple operation and dual functions of hip adduction and abduction.
Pelvic Exercise Device
The Pelvic Floor Trainer is the only product of its kind that primarily targets adduction, abduction, and core movements as well as several secondary muscle groups activated by squeezing and/or pushing out focused repetitive movement. This unprecedented product is uniquely designed with a center cross piece that locks in place to allow for reversible exercise, at the user's preference, is carefully crafted with durable, high-quality materials and padded leg pieces to enhance comfort during utilization.
EXERCISE AND TRAINING APPARATUS
An exercise and training apparatus that includes a pair of interconnected diverging track sections, a pair of trucks for supporting the feet of a user and traveling along the track sections, and a latching mechanism operable for automatically and repetitively effecting alternating latching of a released truck and releasing of a latched truck as the released truck arrives proximate the apex of the apparatus. Each of the trucks is engageable with right and left rails on an associated track section via at least pulley-style road wheels and a pulley-style friction wheel on a right side wheel assembly and at least pulley-style road wheels and a pulley-style friction wheel on a left side wheel assembly.
Exercise device
An exercise device includes a first handle assembly and a second handle assembly, the first handle assembly including a first handle and the second handle assembly including a second handle. Each of the first and second elastic bands provides resistance when spreading the first handle assembly and the second handle assembly apart.
Hip loading exercise board
A hip loading board for exercise includes linear-motion elements. The linear-motion elements include linear-motion bearing motion elements to provide free motion in one direction. The hip loading board can include one or more interchangeable resistance elements that provide a force to return a moving plate to a start position.
Multifunctional exercise equipment
An exercise device is configured for performing hip abduction and cable exercises. Abductor pads and footpads are coupled to bars which are rotatably coupled to a frame and a platform. During one exercise using the device, a person places their feet on foot plates, places their knees between the abductor pads, and optionally grasps handles for stability. The person then forces their legs outwards, causing the abductor pads to rotate with respect to the frame which remains stationary. As the user relaxes in a controlled manner, the abductor pads rotate back towards their original resting positions. In another exercise, a person stands on the platform, grasps one or more handles coupled to cables, and engages their muscles to raise the one or more handles upward or outward. Exercises may be made more challenging by engaging one or more weights from a weight stack.
MULTI MOVE OUT THIGH
A multi move out thigh includes a floor frame supported on a floor, a weight section formed on one side of the floor frame, and internally provided with an accommodation space in which multiple weights are stacked and accommodated, a pivoting section formed on the other side of the floor frame, providing a space for a user to step on, and pivoting in response to an external force applied by the user, a support grip section formed in the floor frame, disposed between the weight section and the pivoting section, and providing a space for the user to grip, and a pivoting selection section that mediates the pivoting section and the weight section so that the weight section is linked by the external force applied to the pivoting section.
