An exercise apparatus for attachment and use within a door frame includes a pair of elongated frame elements with each having apertures configured to receive various types of cross bars. The frame elements are designed to be secured to vertical portions of a door frame without interfering with passing through the doorway or closing the door. A cross bar having a length greater than the door width is configured to be received within corresponding apertures among the frame elements. A cross bar has a retractable spring pin protruding from the bar so that the spring pin may engage a frame element to limit axial excursion of the bar. Two such spring pins may be included in the bar, so that with the frame elements including apertures having pin-receiving pockets, one type of bar may rotate freely while another type of bar is prevented from rotation.

Aquatic exercise device

A highly functional and portable exercise belt is described herein that can be used to help an exerciser perform pull-up exercises with a fully extended hanging body position for the exerciser. Additionally, the present invention relates to a device that affords body building and weightlifting practitioners lower torso and abdominal region support during weightlifting exercises so as to prevent damage to the kidneys and internal organs, and injury to the lower spinal region.

Multi-purpose adjustable-incline climbing wall

Embodiments of the present invention are directed to an adjustable-incline climbing wall. The climbing wall comprises one or more climbing panels supported by a frame and a system for adjusting the incline of the frame to provide a climbing wall of a desired incline. The incline of the climbing wall may be adjusted by activating an actuator, which extends the upper portion of the frame a distance from a support wall, tilting the climbing wall to a desired incline. When the climbing wall is substantially vertically oriented, the system for adjusting the incline of the climbing wall may extend only a small distance from the support wall so that the adjustable-incline climbing wall has a relatively small footprint. In some embodiments, the climbing wall may also include one or more fitness accessories that can brought to an optimal height for a particular user through adjustment of the climbing wall incline.
