The apparatus also includes a surface engagement section secured to an underside of the domed hand support section and configured to engage a supporting surface. When the surface engagement section is deployed on the supporting surface and the palm, thumb, and fingers of the user's hand are placed in the plurality recesses on the domed hand support section, the domed face supports the user's hand in the naturally curved open position while the user exerts force against the domed hand support section and that is at least partially directed toward the supporting surface.

The dip exercise apparatus has two vertical members spaced apart by a horizontal connecting member. The vertical members have a bottom end with a bottom grip. The bottom grip can be rotated from a flat configuration to an exercise configuration. In the exercise configuration the bottom grips can be used to do dip exercises.

The invention discloses a pull-up device capable of training finger grip force. It is equipped with bracket to fix the left and right climbing components in the air. Meanwhile, the climbing component is equipped with knuckle receiving portion to permit the fingers to hold the knuckle receiving portion for pull-ups. With the setting of the climbing component, we no longer hold the crossbar, but just grip the climbing component by the fingers when we do pull-ups. Thus, the grip force of the knuckle muscles is exercised as well as the arm strength.
