Universal fitness device
A fitness device (100) for the practice of fitness exercises, includes at least two front limbs (1a, 1b) and with at least two rear limbs (2a, 2b), which are each connected to one another in an upper end area (oEb) with connecting joints (3a, 3b) and with at least one connecting or horizontal bar (4), and the fitness device (100) including at least two fixing holders (9a, 9b), by means of which in each case one of the front limbs (1a, 1b) is connectable to in each case one of the rear limbs (2a, 2b) in such a way that a fixed operating position (Bp) of the fitness device (100) is produced at least one predetermined spread angle (Sw) between the front limbs (1a, 1b) and the rear limbs (2a, 2b).
Suspension system
The suspension system disclosed may be used to provide anti-gravity or pro-gravity affects to aid in exercise and rehabilitation. The system includes a frame assembly which supports an elastic cord. The elastic cord supports a portion of the weight of the user and exerts upward or downward pressure on the user to reduce or enhance the user's weight. The elastic is configured to equalize the forces on the system and permit free movement of the user while reducing or enhancing the user's weight. The system may be used by itself or with a number of different exercises and equipment.
Dip apparatus, methods, and systems
An exercise system may include a dip apparatus having gripping bars for a user to grip and one or more resistance bands releasably attachable to the dip apparatus below the gripping bars to assist the user when performing a dip exercise by providing an upward force counteracting at least a portion of the user's weight. To this end, the dip apparatus may include support bars disposed below the gripping bars, where the support bars are structurally configured to engage with one or more resistance bands. More particularly, each of the support bars may include couplers that have a portion structurally configured to receive a resistance band, which may be formed as a continuous loop.
Strength exercise mechanisms
A body weight exercise device includes a frame, a first handle attached to the frame, a second handle attached to the frame, and a processor and memory. The memory includes programmed instructions to cause the processor to determine a characteristic associated with a performance of an exercise with the body weight exercise device.
Multifunction exercise equipment
An embodiment apparatus includes a crossbar including a surface with holes arranged along a portion of the crossbar and a handle including a surface with a hole. The crossbar may be configured to allow the handle to positionally adjust along the portion of the crossbar such that the hole in the surface of the handle aligns with one of the holes in the surface of the crossbar when the handle is located at a position along the portion. Alternatively or in addition, the handle may include a head which defines a plurality of holes in the handle. In this arrangement, a first connector is configured to slidably engage one of the plurality of holes in the handle and the hole in the crossbar, each of the plurality of holes in the first handle defining an orientation of the first handle.
Collapsible exercise assembly
A collapsible exercise assembly for performing dip exercises includes a pair of uprights that may each be vertically oriented on a support surface. Each of the uprights may be gripped thereby facilitating dip exercises to be performed. A folding unit is coupled between the pair of uprights. The folding unit is selectively positioned in a deployed position having the uprights being spaced a selected distance apart from each other. The folding unit is selectively positioned in a folded position having each of the uprights being spaced a minimum distance apart from each other.
Convertible bench and upright stabilizing support
An exercise machine for performing a variety of different exercise routines includes a rotating arm assembly and a swing-away workout station. The workout stations may include a bench seat and a stabilizing support, and may be adjusted to provide for a number of different configurations. For example, the bench seat and the stabilizing support may pivot forward and backward, and the stabilizing support may extend upward and downward for supporting the user's body in different positions, while performing different exercise routines.
Device for mounting accessories to gym rigging implements
An accessory bracket is described for weight lifting accessories and/or fitness accessories which may be able to fit onto each of the three common sizes of gym rigging implements without alterations. The accessory bracket may be able to hold the accessories rigidly and strongly even with the application of forces from all directions, including upwards. Gym rigging may be perforated with a number of holes that may be used for attaching the accessory bracket. These holes are often as close to each other to allow for a great deal of adjustability in the height of accessories which may be mounted to the gym rigging implement. The diameter of the perforations are sized so that a quick detach pin can go through the perforations and through corresponding holes in the bracket to secure the bracket, and any attached accessory, to the gym rigging implement.
Multi-use mounting bracket with extension for therapeutic devices and gym accessories
Multi-use mounting brackets having an extension configured to support one or more therapeutic apparatuses or other equipment accessories. A single multi-use mounting bracket fits gym rigging or gym racks of different sizes and hole configurations. This accomplished by including multiple pairs of holes that are sized and positioned to be compatible with different gym rigging configurations. The multi-use mounting brackets are advantageously designed to resist both downward and upward forces.
Functional training equipment with multiple movement planes
An exercise machine includes: a resistance element; a user support; a first movement element coupled to the user support, the first movement element comprising: a first column; and a first connecting element comprising a first pivot point such that the user support is able to pivot about a first axis associated with the first connecting element, wherein the first connecting element is movably coupled to the first column such that it is able to move along a first path; and a second movement element coupled to the user support, the second movement element comprising: a second column; and a second connecting element comprising a second pivot point such that the user support is able to pivot about a second axis associated with the second connecting element, wherein the second connecting element is movably coupled to the second column such that it is able to move along a second path.
