A safety enhancing storage bag, including a main body to store at least one first item therein, a strap assembly disposed on at least a portion of the main body to suspend the main body in response to being worn by a user, a plurality of cameras removably disposed on at least a portion of the strap assembly to record a video of a predetermined duration, and an alarm system disposed on at least a portion of the strap assembly to output an alarm in response to activating the alarm system.

A removable storage pouch includes a pouch having a closeable opening providing access to an inner volume and three pouch attachment points coupled to an exterior side of the pouch. One or more locking mechanisms removably connect a second portion of the first section to a second portion of the second section and prevents access to the portable electronic device when the second section is in a closed and locked position. A locating device is disposed within or attached to the first section.
