FLOW CONTROL VALVE
Flow control valves may be positioned downstream of water meters to increase pressure and compress entrained water vapour passing through the meters. However, turbulence within such valves can cause the valve's head to move radially, bending a shaft within the valve which may break. Accordingly, there is provided a flow control valve comprising: a housing having a flow passage; a valve seat defined within the flow passage; a valve head moveable to a closed position to engage the valve seat and seal the flow passage; a shaft secured to the valve head; a support slidingly mounting the shaft within the housing; a spring biasing the valve head to the closed position and configured to maintain the valve head in the closed position until a predetermined pressure is applied; and a guide assembly extending along at least a portion of the flow passage to constrain radial movement of the valve head.
CHECK VALVE
A check valve of the present disclosure is disclosed. The check valve provided in a bore of a modulator block having an inlet passage and an outlet passage to control the one-way flow of oil comprises a valve housing having an upper portion opened and a seat portion formed integrally with a lower portion of the valve housing and having an inlet port communicating with the inlet passage, and an outlet port communicating with the outlet passage formed around a side circumference; a cap to seal the open upper portion of the valve housing and to be secured to the modulator block; a plunger movable up and down in the valve housing to open and close an internal flow passage between the inlet port and the outlet port; an elastic member provided between the cap and the plunger and elastically pressing the plunger against the seat portion; a sealing member installed on the plunger and brought into close contact with the seat portion when the plunger contacts the seat portion to close the internal flow passage; and an anti-jamming member provided between the sealing member and a contact surface to prevent the sealing member deformed by hydraulic pressure from being caught in the contact surface between the plunger and the seat portion.
SPLIT MICRO-VALVE
The present application discloses a micro-valve comprising: a first valve body and a second valve body, at least one of the first and second valve bodies defining a valve chamber and a valve seat, the first valve body having a liquid outlet and the second valve body having a liquid inlet; a valve plug disposed and movable within the valve chamber; and an elastic member disposed within the valve chamber and positioned closer to the liquid inlet than the valve plug. The elastic member has a liquid-inflow position and a liquid-outflow position, and in the liquid-inflow position, the elastic member enables liquid to flow from the liquid inlet through the elastic member to the liquid outlet, in the liquid-outflow position, the valve plug compresses the elastic member, such that the compressed elastic member seals the valve seat, or the compressed elastic member together with the valve plug seals the valve seat, so as to prevent liquid from flowing back from the liquid outlet to the liquid inlet through the valve seat.
Compressor with a suction valve having a spring, a seal, and a cylindrical suction valve body
The present invention discloses a compressor comprising: an outer pipe being connected from an outside to pass through the vessel; an inner pipe being closely inserted into the outer pipe; a compression mechanism including a suction hole formed of a blind hole and a suction valve in the suction hole. The suction valve includes a seal on a side facing an opening of the suction hole to seal an entire end of the inner pipe on a side facing the suction valve when the compressor stops.
VALVE FOR PRESSURIZED ENVIRONMENTS
The invention relates to a valve comprising a tubular body in which a valve stem moves axially, the head of the stem cooperating with a corresponding seat on the valve body, said stem acting against a coiled spring that is housed in a chamber of circular cross-section and disposed between a bearing zone at a first end of the chamber and the stem in order to return the stem to the seat, said spring comprising: a first end with a large turn of a diameter substantially identical to a diameter of the chamber at the first end; and a second end with a small turn connected to the shank or the head of the stem and a second large turn for centering and radial stabilization in the chamber.
Linear compressor
A linear compressor is provided that may include a shell in which a discharge port may be provided, a cylinder disposed in the shell to define a compression space for a refrigerant, a piston disposed to be reciprocated in an axial direction within the cylinder, a discharge valve disposed on or at one side of the cylinder to selectively discharge the refrigerant compressed in the compression space, a valve spring coupled to the discharge valve to provide a restoring force, and a stopper coupled to the valve spring to restrict deformation of the valve spring. The stopper may include a guide recessed in a direction in which the valve spring is deformed to reduce an impulse between the stopper and the valve spring.

The valve spring may include a spring body having a central portion defined at a portion corresponding to a center of the cylinder, and an insertion hole defined in the spring body. The insertion hole may be coupled to the insertion protrusion of the discharge valve. The central portion of the spring body may be spaced apart from a central portion of the insertion hole.
Method and apparatus for damping an actuator on a fluid regulator
A damped actuator for a fluid regulator includes a diaphragm disposed in a housing, and a damper arranged to stabilize movement of the diaphragm in response to changes in pressure inside the housing. The damper includes a ball check valve arranged to allow air to exhaust out of the housing when above a preselected pressure. The damper may include interchangeable components so as to be modifiable to have different set point pressures to achieve different backpressures inside the housing.
RELIEF VALVE
A relief valve for relieving pressure in a fluid conduit that includes a cradle positioned in the relief valve conduit and having a ball support surface and a ball mounted on the ball support surface adapted for sealing against the valve seat of the pressure relief port. A spring supported surface and a spring positioned in the pressure relief conduit urges the cradle and the ball into sealing position against the valve seat of the pressure relief port.
