Valve and method for manufacturing a valve

The invention refers to a valve, in which a valve housing is deformed and thereby a sliding sleeve pushes against a housing. The invention also refers to a method for manufacturing such a valve.

CAPACITY CONTROL VALVE AND CONTROL METHOD FOR CAPACITY CONTROL VALVE

A capacity control valve, which can efficiently discharge a liquid refrigerant and reduce the driving force of a compressor, includes: a valve main body (10) including a first communication passage (11), a second communication passage (12), a third communication passage (13) and a main valve seat (15a); a valve body (20) including an intermediate communication passage (29), a main valve part (21c) and an auxiliary valve part (23d); a solenoid (30) which drives a rod (36) having an auxiliary valve seat (26c); a first biasing member (43) which biases the main valve part (21c) in the valve closing direction thereof; and a second biasing member (37) which biases the main valve part (21c) in the valve opening direction thereof, and the rod (36) relatively moves to the valve body (20), and opens and closes the auxiliary valve part (23d).

Displacement control valve

A displacement control valve is provided for discharging liquid refrigerant in a control chamber at startup and achieves a reduction in startup time and an improvement in operating efficiency during control of a variable displacement compressor simultaneously. The opening area between communicating holes in a third valve section and a third valve seat surface in a control area to control the flow rate or pressure in a working control chamber is set smaller than the area of auxiliary communicating passages.

Fluid valve

A fluid valve includes a valve member located between a first cavity and a second cavity, and an actuator that includes a pilot. The valve member is moved by the balance between the pressure prevailing in the first cavity and the pressure prevailing in the second cavity. The valve member includes a longitudinal hole that can be blocked by the pilot so as to modify the pressure prevailing in the first cavity and the force acting on the valve member so as to vary a fluid flow rate between an inlet and two outlets. The valve member is attached to a piston, one end of which is located in a third cavity. The force acting on the valve member is determined by the pressures prevailing in the various cavities.

A control valve for a cam phaser of an internal combustion engine, the control valve including a cylindrical housing, including a first operating connection, a second operating connection, a supply connection, and a tank drain connection configured to drain a hydraulic fluid; a control piston device, including a control piston, a piston shaft, a first check valve, and a second check valve; wherein the control piston device is arranged in the housing and movable by an actuator in an axial direction of the housing, wherein the first check valve is configured with a first piston disc and the second check valve is configured with a second piston disc and the first piston disc and the second piston disc are arranged offset from each other by a torsion spring so that a control chamber is formed between the first piston disc and the second piston disc.

Servovalve

A servovalve includes a fluid transfer valve assembly comprising a supply port and a control port and a moveable valve spool arranged to regulate flow of fluid from the supply port to the control port in response to a control signal. The servovalve also includes a jet pipe assembly configured to direct fluid to the ends of the spool to axially move the valve spool relative to the fluid transfer assembly in response to the control signal to regulate the fluid flow. The jet pipe assembly comprises a jet pipe a connector header fluidly connecting the jet pipe to a nozzle. The spool has one or more openings 28 is provided in the spool such that fluid from the supply port flows into the interior of the spool and into the jet pipe.

A check valve having a reverse-direction fluid supply function capable of supplying a fluid in a reverse direction by opening a fluid passage formed in a central shaft of a disk configured to open or close a flow path. The valve includes a valve main body into which a fluid is introduced, a shaft installed in the valve main body and configured to move forward toward an inside of the valve main body or backward toward an outside of the valve main body, a disk disposed in the valve main body and configured to open or close the valve main body, and a spring interposed between the disk and an inner surface of the valve main body. The disk opens the valve main body due to fluid pressure and blocks the same when fluid pressure is removed by movement of the shaft or by an elastic reaction force of the spring.
