Emblem Member
An emblem member having a large degree of freedom in design can be obtained. The emblem member comprises a base portion, a mark portion, and a transparent member. The base portion has a surface. The mark portion is formed on a surface of the base portion. The transparent member is connected to the base portion so as to cover at least a portion of the mark portion. In this case, the mark portion can be visually recognized through the transparent member, and the transparent member can have a three-dimensional shape determined independently of the shape and material(s) of the mark portion. This can provide an increased degree of freedom in designing the emblem member.
Thumb Brace
A thumb brace comprising a glove having a thumb portion disposed between a palm side and a back side; and a pad attached to the glove and positioned proximate the base of the thumb portion on the back side of the glove such that the pad cushions a CMC joint of a user of the brace from impact.
METHOD OF PROCESSING NON-SEWING SOFTBALL/BASEBALL GLOVE AND GLOVE THEREWITH
A method of processing non-sewing softball/baseball glove and glove therewith, comprising the following steps: setting a jacket mold and a web mold, wherein the jacket mold is a structure of an inner mold plus an outer mold, the outer mold is a metal mold provided with micropores for automatic exhaust while the inner mold is a plastic mold provided with supporting function and leaving space for each finger and the palm in the glove; injecting the jacket mold and web mold respectively for one-time molding with an injector; manually running a rope for connecting the jacket mold and web made in Step 2 to complete the fabrication of the non-sewing softball/baseball glove. The Invention can reduce the labor cost by virtue of its mechanization function instead of artificial process, and is capable of optimizing the functions, use comfort, and air ventilation for perspiration.
EXPOSED EDGE STITCHED BALLGLOVE
A ball glove engineered with exposed edge stitching, as opposed to turned leather, whereby the front (palm) and back are joined with one another in the same orientation as they are die cut. The resulting mating of front and back without welting exposes the edge of the leather (or other material) constituting the ball glove with joint lines on the back of the finger(s). Without turning the ball glove, other improvements may be seen such as the use of painted edge, exotic material types, and hard embellishments.
Protective sports glove
An embodiment of the present invention provides a protective sports glove having a novel combination of liner sections, breathable mesh sections, stretch joints, and shock absorbing cushions to provide maximum protection to the user's fingers, hands, wrists, and lower forearms while maintaining as much flexibility within the glove and tactile feel on both palmar and dorsal sides of the glove as possible. The pattern and construction employs strategically-placed stretch zones, strategic padding placement, and a variety of improved padding constructions all for more flex without compromising protection.
Zipper attached sports glove with fly cover protection
A method of protecting a participant user, participant player, players, referee, official, coach or spectator from skin contact with an exposed connector by isolating the connector of a sports glove, which includes a front palm portion having finger stalls for insertion of fingers therein, and a rear back joinable portion which is attachable to said front palm portion by a connector, such as a zipper. The method includes the step of removably covering the zipper connector with a friction fit fly cover having an attachment end and a free end, wherein further lifting of the free end of the fly cover exposes the zipper for participant user engagement therewith. The fly cover prevents any exposure of the metallic or plastic connector.
Gripping Aid
This disclosure describes a gripping aid to improve the hand-to-handle interface. The gripping aid increases the grip span of a user by bridging the anatomical gaps in the user's finger and thumb. The gripping aid provide a structure along the thumb web to oppose the gripping force of the fingers/thumb to increase grip strength. In some implementations, the gripping aid may be composed of a crush resistant and further include a fulcrum point to add instability to increase the speed and/or torque of each swing of a handle. In some implementations, the gripping aid may also provide a reduction in vibrations and superficial hand traumas normally caused when the handle strikes an object.
Sports Glove
Here is disclosed a sports glove having a glove housing with four finger portions, a thumb portion, and a palm portion. The finger portions, thumb portion and palm portions of the glove housing each have an anterior surface with a series of flexible shock absorbing blocks formed thereon. The shock absorbing blocks are separated by gaps of less than 5 mm in width. The flexible shock absorbing blocks on the finger portions are divided by parallel upper and lower grooves formed along the anterior surface of the finger portions, the upper and lower grooves having a width of greater than 5 mm, the upper and lower grooves extending across each of the finger portions. An elongated palm groove is provided which extends across the anterior surface of the palm portion roughly parallel to the upper and lower grooves, the palm groove having a width of greater than 5 mm.
Digital patch for discrete signaling, a baseball glove including same, and related method of manufacture
An apparatus for communication, a system thereof, and methods of manufacture thereof are provided. The apparatus comprises a body and a printed circuit board (PCB) operatively coupled to the body. The PCB comprises a processing unit, a first communication module operatively coupled to the processing unit, and an array of assemblies. The first communication module is configured to communicate with a secondary communication module wirelessly. The array of assemblies comprises at least two rows and at least two columns. Each assembly comprises a switch and a light. The array of assemblies are operatively coupled to the processing unit. Each light is configured to change a state responsive to at least one of a change in state by the switch within the same assembly and a control signal from the first communication module.
STRUCTURALLY-COLORED ARTICLES AND METHODS FOR MAKING AND USING STRUCTURALLY-COLORED ARTICLES
One or more aspects of the present disclosure are directed to bladders that incorporate a multi-layer optical film that impart a structural color to the bladder. The present disclosure is also directed to articles including the bladders having a multi-layer optical film, and methods for making articles and bladders having a multi-layer optical film.
