A hair styling appliance for curling hair includes a mandrel, a liquid reservoir, a heating element integrated in the mandrel, a wick communicating with the reservoir such that it is soaked with liquid, the wick extending between a proximal end intended to come into contact with the heating element and a distal end supplied with liquid from the reservoir, and a guide system for guiding the wick that is configured to permit it to move from a passive position to an active position in which the wick is in contact with the heating element in order to create steam, wherein the guide system includes an elastic guiding mechanism in contact with the periphery of the wick at the proximal end.

Provided is a steam hairstyling device (1) comprising: two jaws (2, 3), including a first jaw (2) having a first longitudinal casing (21) that receives a first treatment surface (4), and a second jaw (3) having a second longitudinal casing (31) that receives a second treatment surface (5), said surfaces (4, 5) being intended to clamp a lock of hair. At least the first casing (21) comprises liquid vaporisation means (7) and steam distribution means (7), said first casing (21) having an internal surface (22) facing the vaporisation means (7). The first casing (21) comprises, on its internal surface (22), a first series of projecting lines (220) and a second series of projecting lines (221) and at least a portion of the second series of projecting lines (221) intersects with at least a portion of the first series of projecting lines (220) so as to format least one air compartment (23).

The present invention relates to a hair root volumizing styler. which curls hair to add volume thereto, comprising: a styler body having a handle formed on one portion thereof to provide a grippy feeling; heating members provided on one portion of the styler body to provide heat sources; rod-shaped volumizing members provide on the opposite side of the handle, on the styler body; and heat-blocking members, which block heat generated from the volumizing members while encompassing portions of the lower parts of the volumizing members, so as to protect the scalp, wherein the volumizing members are manufactured in a set size and are separably coupled to the styler body.

A hair styling device comprising two hinged arms able to move relative to each other for the receiving and shaping of a strand of hair. Each arm carries a shaping plate on its side facing the other arm. These shaping surfaces making contact with the hair strand being styled. The hair being styled is pulled past these shaping surfaces. One of the two arms has a hair support on its side carrying the shaping plate. The hair support is arranged at a spacing from the shaping surface of the other arm, so that the other arm can be introduced into an arm support between the hair support and the shaping surface of the shaping plate of the arm carrying the hair support. The shaping plates of the two arms which cooperate with each other for the hair styling can move relative to each other in the manner of scissors.
