Attribute value restoration method and apparatus, storage medium, and electronic device
An attribute value restoration method and apparatus, a storage medium, and an electronic device are provided. The method includes: obtaining a current attribute value of a life attribute of a first object in a virtual scene displayed by a client; based on a determination that the current attribute value is a first threshold, controlling a target attribute of the first object to become effective, the target attribute having an attribute value in a preset range, and controlling the attribute value of the target attribute to start to decrease in the preset range; and restoring the attribute value of the life attribute of the first object to a third threshold based on a determination that a target operation triggered by using the client is completed before the attribute value of the target attribute decreases to a second threshold in the preset range, the third threshold being greater than the first threshold.
Server-based game activity suggestions
Techniques for improving a user video game experience are described. In an example, a computer system receives event data from a plurality of user devices. Each event data includes an identifier of an activity in a video game and data and an identifier of a mechanic used to complete the activity. The identifiers can be predefined in program code of the video game. The identifiers data can be received based on an execution of the program code. The event data is processed to determine, for a user that has not completed the activity, a readiness of the user to perform the activity. Depending on the readiness, the activity can be suggested in a user interface element.
PROGRAM AND INFORMATION PROCESSING APPARATUS THAT PROVIDE GAME TO PLAYER
Provided is a program that causes a computer to have an agent as a guide in a game provide the game to a player. The program for the computer includes displaying, in a first region of a display unit, an image of the game played by the player, displaying, in a second region of the display unit, an operation object for the player to operate the game, and controlling progress of the game by receiving input made on the operation object. The displaying the operation object includes displaying an operation object corresponding to the game played by the player.
Methods and systems for improving spectator engagement in a video game
Methods and systems for improving engagement metrics of a spectator include identifying a group of spectators watching game play of a video game and generating an aggregate group profile for the group. Engagement metrics for the group are analyzed to identify engagement level of the group toward the game play of the player. One or more suggestions are provided to adjust game play of the video game so as to improve engagement level of the group toward the game play of the video game.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR VIDEO STREAMING ANALYSIS
Systems and methods related to video streaming analyses for video game streams are disclosed. In embodiments, soft-ware-based algorithms may be applied to enhance game play, enable improvements to wagering, and applying artificial intelligence and machine learning algorithms to enhance game play experience. In embodiments, video game streams may be received to determine data regarding the video game play. Based on the data, an analysis regarding one or more aspects of the gaming event may be produced, with such aspects including at least one or a game strategy, behavioral information, and prediction, and a recommendation. The analysis can then generate a message to be output to the player of the video game stream.
Virtual reality control system
Provided is a virtual environment control system for providing a virtual image related to at least part of virtual environment to a player who plays in a plurality of divided spaces through a wearable display device which the player is wearing, including: at least one first detecting device getting first detecting data related to a first play space; at least one second detecting device getting second detecting data related to a second play space; at least one auxiliary computing device generating a first virtual image and a second virtual image; a first wearable display device displaying the first virtual image to a first player located in the first play space; a second wearable display device displaying the second virtual image to a second player located in the second play space.

Interactive augmented reality experiences using positional tracking
Interactive augmented reality experiences with an eyewear device including a position detection system and a display system. The eyewear device registers a first marker position for a user-controlled virtual game piece and a second marker for an interaction virtual game piece. The eyewear device monitors its position (e.g., location and orientation) and updates the position of the user-controlled virtual game piece accordingly. The eyewear device additionally monitors the position of the user-controlled virtual game piece with respect to the interaction virtual game piece for use in generating a score. Augmented reality examples include a “spheroidal balancing” augmented reality experience and a “spheroidal balancing” augmented reality experience.
INTERACTIONS BETWEEN CHARACTERS IN VIDEO GAMES
A computer-readable recording medium including a program which is executed by a computer apparatus to provide a video game comprising a virtual game world presented to a player of the video game, and a plurality of characters in the virtual game world including a first character, and a second character controlled by the player, the program causing the computer apparatus to function as: a state indicator generating unit configured to generate a state indication, wherein the state indication is an indication of an emotional or physical state of the first character; and a coupling indicator generating unit configured to generate a coupling indication, wherein the coupling indication is an indication of a coupling occurring between the emotional or physical state of the first character and an emotional or physical state of the second character.
