TRIMMER HEAD AND TRIMMER THEREOF
A trimmer and a trimmer head include an upper cover assembly being connected to and driven by a motor, wherein the upper cover assembly is configured to be removably connected to at least one of a first trimming assembly or a second trimming assembly selectively, and is provided with at least one connection hole in its side wall; the first trimming assembly is configured to include a first lower cover, a first cutting member, and a first base; the second trimming assembly is configured to include a second lower cover, a second cutting member, and a second base; wherein the first base is at least partially inserted into the connection hole when the first trimming assembly is mounted, and the second lower cover is at least partially inserted into the connection hole when the second trimming assembly is mounted.
High-efficiency cutting system
A high-efficiency cutting system for an autonomous mower provides a multiple blade tip cutting radius for a cleaner cut, and more complete mow. The system includes a spinning blade disk provided within a housing including a vertical standoff. The blade disk includes a first pair of cutting blades located between the center of the blade disk and the circumference of the blade disk, and a second pair of cutting blades located radially inward from the first pair of cutting blades. The cutting blades extend downward and away from the blade disk at an angle.
Blade protection cover and lawn mower apparatus including the same
A blade protection cover coupled to a blade of a lawn mower apparatus includes a first cover for covering one face of the blade and two second covers connected to the first cover. The two second covers cover two edges of the blade in a width direction of the blade. Two guides are disposed on inner faces of the two second covers. The two guides are configured to guide the blade protection cover to slide along the two edges in the width direction of the blade.
CUTTING BLADE REPLACEMENT JIG AND METHOD
A cutting blade replacement jig for replacing a cutting blade of a utility unit, the cutting blade being attached to a peripheral edge part of a disk by a first fastening member and a second fastening member fastened to the first fastening member, the first fastening member passing through a disk through hole formed in the peripheral edge part and a cutting blade through hole formed in the cutting blade. The cutting blade replacement jig includes: a fastening member holder configured to hold the second fastening member; and a cutting blade holder configured to hold the cutting blade on the second fasting member held in the fastening member holder in a state where a center line of the cutting blade through hole and a center line of the second fasting member are aligned.
Blade and lawn mower including the same
A blade and a lawn mower including the same is provided. The blade includes a main body, the main body includes a body portion and an assembling portion which is connected to the body portion, the assembling portion is configured for being disposed on a mowing disk of a lawn mower, the mowing disk is rotatable about an axial direction, the body portion includes two side faces opposite to each other, each said side face has a curved section and a plane section, the two side faces define a midline therebetween, and the midline and a vertical plane which is lateral to the axial direction define an angle therebetween.
Lawn mower
A lawn mower includes: a blade disk rotatable about a rotation shaft extending in an up-down direction; and a plurality of cutter blades mounted on the blade disk. The blade disk includes a plurality of blade mounting sections having corresponding ones of the cutter blades mounted thereon, and a circumferential high-rigidity section for increasing rigidity of the blade disk between the blade mounting sections. The blade mounting sections are located on, and spaced from each other along, an imaginary reference circle concentric with a rotation center of the blade disk, and the circumferential high-rigidity section is located in such a manner as to interconnect the plurality of blade mounting sections along the reference circle, the circumferential high-rigidity section being formed in a generally concave-convex configuration by being depressed and protruded in a facewise direction of the blade disk.
Lawn mower
A blade disk in a lawn mower is rotatable about a rotation shaft extending in an up-down direction. A blade protection section for protecting a cutter blade mounted on the blade disk is provided integrally on the blade disk, and the cutter blade has a distal end portion located beneath the blade protection section.
LOW-ENERGY BLADE SYSTEM HAVING A QUICK-ATTACH MECHANISM
A low-energy blade system having a quick-change attachment for a lawn maintenance tool is provided. The low-energy blade system requires a reduced amount of energy to rotate the blade system. The blade system includes a shell, a mounting plate attached to the shell, a plurality of quick-attach mechanisms, and a separate cutting blade attachable to each of the quick-attach mechanisms. Each quick-attach mechanism allows a cutting blade to be attached to the mounting plate without the need for external tools, such as screwdriver, wrench, ratchet, or the like.
Integrated string and blade trimmer system
An integrated string and trimmer blade system that allows a user to simultaneously employ one or more flexible lines and one or more blades during various types of cutting operations (e.g., grass, weeds, branches, etc.). The system may be implemented on any appropriate cutting apparatus such as walk-behind trimmers and/or mowers, hand-held trimmers, and the like. Broadly, the system includes a cutting member having a body that is rotatable about a pivot axis of the cutting apparatus. One or more cutting blades are pivotally attached to the body such that the blades can oscillate or otherwise pivot relative to the body as the body rotates about the central axis. At least one of the blades includes one or more line holders thereon for receipt and attachment of one or more flexible cutting lines or strings.
