PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT SYSTEM FOR SAFE AIR, TRAIN OR BUS TRAVEL PROTECTING AGAINST INFECTIOUS AGENTS INCLUDING NOVEL CORONAVIRUS - COVID-19
Aspects of the invention relate to personal protection systems against COVID-19 including face masks and methods, systems or devices of managing, regulating and/or filtering airflow during travel on an aircraft, train, or bus.
Hygiene mask with seal forming structure
A mask for use at an operating pressure substantially equal to atmospheric pressure includes a body with a three-dimensional shaped chamber that is configured to receive a user's mouth and nares and operate at the operating pressure. The mask also includes a seal forming structure with a nose seal portion that extends around at least a portion of the user's nares on an inferior side of the user's nose inferior to the user's nasal ridge, and a mouth seal portion that forms a seal at least partially around the user's mouth and between the user's chin and lip inferior. The nose seal portion is directly connected to the mouth seal portion. The mask also includes a positioning and stabilising structure to provide a force to hold the seal forming structure in position against the user.
FACE MASK
Provided herein is a face mask that has a flexible filter body that is configured to fit over at least the mouth and the nose of a wearer. The face mask includes a shape-preserving strip extending along the periphery of the filter body. The shape-preserving strip is integral with the filter body and is configured to sufficiently seal the face mask against the wearer's face to minimize or prevent entry and/or exit of airborne particulate matter.
RESPIRATOR
A respirator for filtering respirated air by covering a nose area to a jaw area of a user is disclosed. The respirator includes a mask body with a front mouth panel and an upper rear nose panel. The mouth panel having a front panel outer portion and a front panel fold portion. The upper nose panel having an upper nose panel fold portion and an upper nose panel free portion. A juncture of the upper nose panel fold portion and the front panel fold portion being a movable fold. The movable fold being upwardly movable between a closed mouth position and an open mouth position, an edge spacing between an upper mask edge and an upper mouth panel edge being greater in the open mouth position than in the closed mouth position.
Face shield and method of use
An apparatus and method for use of an improved face shield assembly which prevents foreign materials or contaminants from vertically migrating from the above a wearer's head to the area around a wearer's face, eyes, nose and mouth.
Patterned Engagement Structure for Compact Adhesive Face Masks
A face mask, comprising: a left half and a right half; one or more adhesive portions; and one or more release-coating portions; wherein the left half and right half are divided by a center axis; wherein the adhesive portions are strips located along an outer portion of the left half and the right half; wherein the face mask comprises a symmetrical folded configuration and an unfolded configuration; wherein the left half and the right half are configured to releasably engage one another in the symmetrical folded configuration; wherein the left half and the right half are configured to releasably engage a wearer's face in the unfolded configuration.
Mask with anti-fogging construction
An anti-fogging face mask can include a main body, a formable seal, and baffles. The main body may include a panel sized for coverage of mouth and nostrils in a donned position of the face mask. The formable seal member may be disposed along an upper portion of the main body and arranged for obstructing vapor flow from the mouth or nostrils to eyewear when the eyewear is positioned over the face mask in the donned position. A first baffle may be extending rearwardly and upwardly away from the formable seal. A second baffle may be positioned below the first baffle and extending rearwardly and upwardly away from the formable seal. A third baffle may be positioned below the second baffle and extending rearwardly and downwardly away from the formable seal.
Particle filter mask
The present invention relates to a face mask comprising (a) a mask body portion configured to surround the mouth and at least part of the nose of a wearer; (b) a sealed compressible cushion formed on the inner face of said mask body portion wherein the middle of said cushion is placed in close proximity to the middle of the superior perimeter of said mask body portion, and wherein said cushion is at least partially filled with a fluid.
Personal protective mask
A personal protective mask includes a mask body having an expandable section that is positioned between the top and bottom ends of the mask. An adhesive material is positioned on the inside surface of the mask along the outer periphery. The adhesive includes skin safe adhesive for creating an air tight seal between the mask and the face of a wearer. The mask includes a nose clip, a sweat band and at least one headband. The mask is constructed in accordance with N95 standards, and the expandable section transitions between a contracted and expanded state, to conform to the movements of the user's jaw. The expandable section includes two folds and a middle section. The folds move linearly about each other so as to prevent deformation of the mask outward from the user's face.
Perfumed dust mask
A face mask comprises a container coupled to a first surface of a face mask, a fragrance material disposed in the container, and an exhalation valve coupled to a second surface of the a face mask. The fragrance material comprises a fluid configured to evaporate from the fragrance material, and the container is configured to releasably engage the exhalation valve to form a closed chamber. The closed chamber is configured to enclose the fragrance material when the container is releasably engaged with the exhalation valve.
