Micro-Circulation Breathable Cushion
20190365115 · 2019-12-05 ·

A micro-circulation breathable cushion includes a cushion cover and a cushion core. The cushion core includes a breathable layer. At least one micro-circulation layer is disposed at a lower part of the breathable layer. The micro-circulation layer is connected to the breathable layer. The cushion cover wraps the cushion core, the breathable layer and the micro-circulation layer of the cushion core may be fixed together by glue or other manners, and may also be laminated together, thereby facilitating the replacement of different numbers of micro-circulation layers. The breathable layer may be directly washed, and an air micro-circulation is formed through an internal structure. An air micro-circulation may be likewise formed through an internal structure of the layer, and the breathable layer and the micro-circulation layer may co-form an air micro-circulation, thus increasing the breathability of the cushion core. Furthermore, different numbers of micro-circulation layers may be according to different temperatures.

Orthopedic seating wedge with ventilation channels
20190313800 · 2019-10-17 ·

The invention consists in an orthopedic seating wedge with ventilation channels. The wedge is manufactured in a CNC machining process from a chemically cross-linked polyethylene foam with density from 40 to 50 kg/m.sup.3. The orthopedic wedge, as illustrated on FIG. 1, has a profiled body (6), with a depression in the rear (3) to maintain a straight posture of the user as well as vertical (5) and horizontal (2) ventilation channels allowing skin air access, protrusions (4) to improve blood circulation in the skin tissue, as well an indentation in the tailbone area (1) in order to relieve the lower back and enhance sitting comfort.

Appropriate material hardness prevents deformations resulting from user weight, enables it to be used on various surfaces as well as allows the wedge to have the above mentioned features while ensuring adequate sitting comfort.

SEAT BACK AND CUSHION VENTILATION ASSSEMBLY

The present disclosure relates to a seat ventilation system for deployment in a seat of a vehicle. Specifically, the seat ventilation system includes a three-dimensional mesh for maintenance of airflow channels and a ductless blower system to prevent system pressure loss. The air-permeable three-dimensional scaffold prevents compression and closure of pad-based airflow channels. The blower system reduces system air pressure loss by residing adjacent to the volume of interest, eliminating the need for ductwork.

Conductive system

A vehicle seating assembly comprising a seat including a cushion and a seating surface. A recess is defined in the cushion extending in a direction parallel with the seating surface. An elongate carrier is disposed between the recess and the seating surface, the elongate carrier including a plurality of thermoelectric devices having an upper surface and a lower surface configured to change temperature when a voltage is applied to the thermoelectric devices. An upper conductor comprises an upper surface and a lower surface. A lower conductor comprises an upper surface and a lower surface. An air mover is in fluid communication with the recess and is configured to move air through the recess. The upper conductor, the thermoelectric device, the lower conductor, and air in the recess are in thermal communication to transfer heat away from the seating surface or to transfer heat toward the seating surface.

Elastic Cushion

An elastic cushion includes two connecting rods, a plurality of elastic arc-shaped rods, and at least two flexible bearing members arranged an upper and a lower. The two connecting rods are arranged in parallel. The plurality of elastic arc-shaped rods are arranged side by side, and two ends of each of the elastic arc-shaped rods are respectively connected to two connecting rods; opposite side edges of each of the flexible bearing members are respectively connected to the two connecting rods and tension, and a cavity is formed between adjacent two of the flexible bearing members. when the user seats or leans on the elastic cushion, only the flexible bearing member at the topmost is contacted, and the air can flow smoothly in the cavity, so that the elastic cushion has excellent ventilation and breathability, facilitating the timely removal of odors and sweat, and avoiding skin diseases.

CUSHION BODY
