Exemplary embodiments wet-on-demand dispensers are disclosed herein. An exemplary dispenser for dispensing wet-on-demand substrates includes a housing, a container for holding a fluid, one or more wetting tips in fluid communication with the container. Each of the one or more wetting tips has a movable valve member. The exemplary dispenser further includes a holder for holding a roll of substrate and the movable valve members are moved as a function of contact with the substrate.

A toilet that includes a tank configured to hold water from a water supply; a reservoir fluidly connected to the tank and configured to hold a cleaning compound comprising a chemical compound and water from the water supply; and an actuator configured to control a flush cycle of the toilet upon a first activation, the actuator including at least one nozzle fluidly connected to the reservoir and configured to discharge an amount of the cleaning compound external to the tank upon at least one of the first activation or a second activation.

Devices are provided for applying an indicator composition and, optionally, a disinfectant composition to an article being dispensed through the device. The device includes a housing at least partially surrounding an interior volume and having a wall defining a dispensing aperture extending through the wall, a reservoir having at least one chamber sized to contain an indicator composition, and an application mechanism positioned within the housing relative to the dispensing aperture. The reservoir optionally has a second chamber sized to contain a disinfectant composition. The application mechanism is configured to be in fluid communication with the reservoir to apply an amount of the indicator composition and the optional disinfectant composition from the reservoir to an article dispensed through the dispensing aperture. A toilet paper stand and cleansing solution dispenser (100) includes a base (110); a cleansing solution reservoir (120); a toilet paper stand shaft (102); a toilet paper holder (140); a cleansing solution dispensing pump (150); a dispenser (104); a plurality of motion sensors (204); and a plurality of batteries. The toilet paper stand shaft (102) includes a lower shaft end (102a); and an upper shaft end (102b). The cleansing solution reservoir (120) is connected to the base (110). The toilet paper stand shaft (102) is extended upward from the base (110). The lower shaft end (102a) and the upper shaft end (102b) are connected. The lower shaft end (102a) is connected to the base (110). The toilet paper holder (140) is connected to the toilet paper stand shaft (102) to hold a roll of toilet paper (142). The toilet paper holder (140) is laterally extended from the toilet paper stand shaft (102). The dispenser (104) dispenses a cleansing solution through the cleansing solution dispensing pump (150). The cleansing solution dispensing pump (150) is located at the base (110) near the cleansing solution reservoir (120). The motion sensors (204) are located on the upper shaft end (102b) and connected with the dispenser (104) to provide a touchless dispense of the cleansing solution. The batteries are configured to power the cleansing solution dispensing pump (150) to provide pressure on the cleansing solution in the cleansing solution delivery tube (160) to dispense the cleaning solution stored in the cleansing solution reservoir (120) from the dispenser (104).

A wet or dry paper towel dispenser includes a paper towel roll in a housing; drive rollers operably driven by an electric motor; driven rollers disposed oppositely of the drive rollers; a controller including a first sensor for detecting dispensation of dry paper towel sheet and a second sensor for detecting dispensation of wet paper towel sheet; a paper dispensing opening under the controller; a cutter disposed between the paper dispensing opening and the driven rollers, the cutter being configured to cut a portion of sheet product of the paper towel roll; a reservoir disposed rearward of the paper dispensing opening; a pump electrically connected to the controller; and nozzles. A leading edge of the paper towel roll is pinched by the drive rollers and the driven rollers to dispose in front of the nozzles.

A wet or dry paper towel dispenser may include a housing including a base portion, a paper towel roll holding portion, and a paper towel advancing and wetting portion. The dispenser may also include a paper towel advancing mechanism and a liquid dispensing mechanism at least portion of each disposed in the paper towel advancing and wetting portion. The paper towel advancing mechanism may be configured to receive sheet product of the paper towel roll and advance a portion of the sheet product of the paper towel roll. The liquid dispensing mechanism may be configured to selectively wet the portion of the sheet product of the paper towel roll as the paper towel advancing mechanism advances the portion of the sheet product of the paper roll.

A dispensing assembly and a method for cleaning inner buttocks using partially wet toilet paper. The dispensing assembly includes a housing and a container removably coupled to the bottom of the housing. The container can be removed, refilled, and reattached to the housing. A pump enclosed within the housing can suck liquid from the container. The pump can deliver a stream of liquid through a nozzle on the toilet paper. Sensors protruding from the housing can detect toilet paper when in proximity to the nozzle.
