An exemplary dispenser for dispensing wet-on-demand substrates includes a housing, a container for holding a fluid, one or more wetting tips in fluid communication with the container. Each of the one or more wetting tips has a movable valve member. The exemplary dispenser further includes a holder for holding a roll of substrate and the movable valve members are moved as a function of contact with the substrate.

The cleansing solution dispensing pump (150) is located at the base (110) near the cleansing solution reservoir (120). The motion sensors (204) are located on the upper shaft end (102b) and connected with the dispenser (104) to provide a touchless dispense of the cleansing solution. The batteries are configured to power the cleansing solution dispensing pump (150) to provide pressure on the cleansing solution in the cleansing solution delivery tube (160) to dispense the cleaning solution stored in the cleansing solution reservoir (120) from the dispenser (104).

A wet or dry paper towel dispenser includes a paper towel roll in a housing; drive rollers operably driven by an electric motor; driven rollers disposed oppositely of the drive rollers; a controller including a first sensor for detecting dispensation of dry paper towel sheet and a second sensor for detecting dispensation of wet paper towel sheet; a paper dispensing opening under the controller; a cutter disposed between the paper dispensing opening and the driven rollers, the cutter being configured to cut a portion of sheet product of the paper towel roll; a reservoir disposed rearward of the paper dispensing opening; a pump electrically connected to the controller; and nozzles. A leading edge of the paper towel roll is pinched by the drive rollers and the driven rollers to dispose in front of the nozzles.

The paper towel advancing mechanism may be configured to receive sheet product of the paper towel roll and advance a portion of the sheet product of the paper towel roll. The liquid dispensing mechanism may be configured to selectively wet the portion of the sheet product of the paper towel roll as the paper towel advancing mechanism advances the portion of the sheet product of the paper roll.

A dispensing assembly and a method for cleaning inner buttocks using partially wet toilet paper. The dispensing assembly includes a housing and a container removably coupled to the bottom of the housing. The container can be removed, refilled, and reattached to the housing. A pump enclosed within the housing can suck liquid from the container. The pump can deliver a stream of liquid through a nozzle on the toilet paper. Sensors protruding from the housing can detect toilet paper when in proximity to the nozzle.
