A first roll of sheet product is positioned on the first roll holder and assigned as a primary roll and a second roll of sheet product is positioned on the second roll holder and assigned as a secondary roll. A dispensing mechanism is configured to dispense sheet product from at least one of the first roll and the second roll. A sensor is configured to sense measurement data associated with the primary roll, including sensing when the primary roll rotates to dispense and measuring the diameter of the primary roll. A data communication device is in communication with the sensor and configured to transmit the measurement data. A controller is configured to determine situational information regarding the sheet product dispenser and provide corresponding alerts to users regarding the situational information and measured data.
Towel dispensers
A towel dispenser includes a housing mounted to a wall and defining an interior space for receiving toweling comprising a roll of towels, the interior space comprising a curved surface configured to receive the roll of towels in floating engagement therewith such that the roll of towels rolls and slides on the curved surface during unwinding of the roll of towels. The towel dispenser further includes a loading door configured to rotate relative to the main body, when the main body is mounted to a wall, between a closed position in which the loading door extends over a top of and closes off the interior space of the main body in which toweling is received, and an open position, in which the housing is configured to receive toweling therein without obstruction by the loading door, with the loading door extending upwardly above and over a top of the housing.
AUTOMATIC TOWEL DISPENSER
Dispensing towels includes, using a motor assembly configured to cause a leading edge of the toweling to be extended from a housing of the dispenser and to cause the toweling to be subsequently retracted back into the housing, (a) the step of extending the toweling exterior of the housing for grasping by a user; and (b) subsequent thereto, the steps of (1) retracting the toweling into the housing using the motor assembly; (2) sensing a leading edge of the toweling, using a sensor, while retracting the toweling; and (3) ceasing retracting of the toweling into the housing using the motor assembly as a function of sensing the leading edge of the toweling using the sensor. The toweling is advanced by the motor assembly such that a line of perforations in the toweling, along which the user tears the toweling, is located downstream of the sensor.
Rolled product dispenser
A rolled product dispenser for dispensing a web of rolled product, comprising: a housing; and a dispensing assembly at least partially housed in the housing and interacting with the web of rolled product and including a dispensing roller having a rotation center and a peripheral wall with an upper section. The dispensing assembly can comprise an upper tensioning assembly and/or a lower tensioning assembly and/or a variable tension return assembly.
DUAL ROLL PRODUCT DISPENSER WITH ROTATING REFILL CARRIAGE
Systems, methods, and apparatuses regarding an improved sheet product dispenser are provided herein. Example sheet product dispensers include a rotatable carriage that holds two full size product rolls. Upon substantial depletion of one of the product rolls, the sheet product dispenser is configured to enable the carriage to rotate to present the depleted product roll to the janitor for easy and intuitive replacement. For example, a carriage with a depleted product roll may be configured to automatically rotate upon opening of the cover. Additional features for intuitive and reliable installation of the product roll are also provided herein, such as roll holder slot guides and a retention mechanism that maintains installation of a product roll during rotation of the carriage. Such example sheet product dispensers help to eliminate product waste, reduce confusion while loading, and reduce the time and effort required to load the sheet product dispenser.
TOWEL DISPENSER FOR A HYGIENE STATION FOR HUMAN HAND HYGIENE, AND HYGIENE STATION
A dispensing device for integration into a hygiene station with hand towels for single use, having a housing with a dispensing opening for dispensing hand towels, a first hand towel store which, in the mounted state, is received in the housing and which, in the original state, has a plurality of hand towels to be dispensed, and a second hand towel store received in the housing and which, in the original state, has a plurality of hand towels to be dispensed. The device incudes a monitoring device that monitors a state of the first and/or second hand towel store and/or an automatic change mechanism for automatically changing from dispensing hand towels from the first hand towel store to dispensing from the second hand towel store, or vice versa. A hygiene station having at least one hygiene product dispensing device for hand hygiene and/or handcare products is also provided.
TOILET PAPER SUPPLY MACHINE AND IDENTIFIABLE TOILET PAPER ROLL
The present utility model provides a toilet paper supply machine and identifiable toilet paper roll, in which the toilet paper roll supporting base of a supply machine body is provided with a motion sensing device, and two ends of the toilet paper roll each is associated with a cover tube, in which one outer tube portion of one cover tube is provided with a through hole, through which the toilet paper roll is mounted to the supply machine body, such that when the motion sensing device is covered by the outer tube, the motion sensing device can identify the through hole; in addition, a cutting device arranged within the supply machine body is further provided with a stopping device, in the case when the motion sensing device senses that the toilet paper roll is an incorrect one or an unqualified one, the stopping device is started to stop the cutting device, such that the cutting device is stopped from cutting the toilet paper. In this way, the present utility model is able to protect the toilet paper supply machine.
SHEET PRODUCT DISPENSERS AND RELATED METHODS FOR AUTOMATICALLY LOADING A ROLL OF SHEET PRODUCT IN A DISPENSER
A sheet product dispenser for dispensing sheet product from a roll of sheet product having a sealed tail is provided. The sheet product dispenser includes a roll interface configured to engage and at least partially support the roll of sheet product, the roll interface including a separating member configured to engage and unseal the sealed tail; a feed roller assembly configured to dispense sheet product from the roll of sheet product, the feed roller assembly including a feed roller configured to engage and at least partially support the roll of sheet product; and a controller operable to initiate driving of the feed roller and rotation of the roll of sheet product such that the sealed tail is unsealed by engaging the separating member. A related method of automatically loading a roll of sheet product having a sealed tail in a sheet product dispenser also is provided.
